And in this era of war, everything has changed its appearance.
The curtain walls of the Space City in the city center are pitch-black with large holes, collapsed floors exposing broken slabs and chaotic rooms. The streets on both sides of the city are piled with rubble and ruins.
On the ground of the airport, waist-high wild grass has grown from the cracks, and the battered terminal hall stands silently, facing the half-collapsed repair workshop in desolate contrast.
The nearby industrial district factories and warehouses have long been abandoned. The steel frameworks are covered with brown rust. Once shiny signs and advertisements have become ragged, swaying in the wind and occasionally hitting the iron frames with a clanging sound.
If not for the trenches interwoven across the city's outskirts and the fortresses built from factory buildings, if not for the dense Suss Mecha and the sporadic fierce fighting sounds from afar, people might think these are dead cities.
