"Gah gah, what are these little creatures?"
Xiao Ba, with wide-open eyes, stood on Green's shoulder, staring in astonishment at the little beings gathering around Green. On the small dark sphere, a pair of big innocent eyes appeared, looking harmless.
Soon after, Xiao Ba spat out the mouthwash with a "halla" and "halla," clearly finding the taste of the dark heavy petroleum unpleasant and nauseating.
The dark source emanating from Green was the source of these small dark balls' power, or rather, their shield from the harm of light sources, giving these little creatures a natural dependency on Green and an affectionate closeness.
Gently extending his hand, on Green's slender, delicate, pale fingers, a cluster of small dark balls stared at Green with big eyes. The other small dark balls, too, under the dark source, transitioned from a constantly dissipating, languid state to little spirits, hopping around to capture Green's attention.
