Yarebin looked out the window, Gao Yang stood behind Yarebin, and both of them fell silent.
Yarebin was surely contemplating many things, beautiful memories, painful memories, but whatever they were, Gao Yang felt it was best not to disturb Yarebin at this moment, as some things could only be borne alone.
Gao Yang quietly retreated, finally gently opened the door, and softly closed it again from the outside, letting out a long sigh, then turned to go downstairs.
As he was about to descend the staircase, Gao Yang saw Joseph coming up, so he paused to wait.
Joseph ascended the stairs and whispered to Gao Yang, "The residents of the other two rooms have been driven out. I also checked around; the price of this house should be around one hundred thousand US dollars. A very similar house just across the street sold for about eighty thousand dollars just recently."
Gao Yang nodded and whispered, "The housing prices here aren't very high."
