The Chinese Embassy's action was very efficient; the entire process from driving over to boarding the vehicle took only about ten minutes. Inside a T6 room, a family of three, except for the clueless child, the two adults went from nervousness to seriousness, and finally felt a heavy sense of responsibility. They were just shy of swearing an oath to the heavens that they would never speak of tonight's events.
When boarding the vehicle, the couple still wore serious expressions, fearing that the embassy staff might not consider them reliable and trustworthy.
Although they were ordinary citizens, they were absolutely patriotic and loyal. How could they possibly do anything to harm their country! Absolutely not! They might lack other awareness, but this they surely possessed!
