After school, Yu Qi went to the mountain. She wanted to take a closer look at the land that she had bought. It might give her some inspiration for the design. Well, that was one of her purposes for coming here today. The real reason, however, was that she wanted to bring Aoi out of her space.

"Woof," Aoi replied by barking.

The two cuties followed closely beside her, the adorable boy and the fluffy little puppy. Yu Qi couldn't help but think how cute they both were. She felt like she could die from their cuteness alone.
She spent an hour studying herbs before entering the practice room to prepare some medicine using what she had learned earlier. Aoi stayed beside her the entire time. Surprisingly, he seemed to listen attentively to the lessons. Yu Qi suspected that he could actually understand, since he was clearly not an ordinary dog. He could comprehend both her and Bo Ya, and the strongest proof of that was the blood contract formed when he bit her.
After that, Yu Qi went to the training room to practice her martial arts and shooting skills. Aoi seemed eager to follow her, but Yu Qi stopped him. She still considered him a puppy. Although he would need training eventually, it could wait until he grew a little bigger.
Once she finished her routine, she decided to visit the farm. The fresh fruits and vegetables looked incredibly tempting. Yu Qi found herself drawn to them, and soon her stomach began to growl. Bo Ya, who heard it, laughed.
"Master, you can eat them if you're hungry." Bo Ya reminded Yu Qi.
Yu Qi laughed as well. She picked a bunch of violet-colored grapes and took a bite. The sweetness was refreshing and delicious. Aoi watched her closely, as if curious about the taste.
"You want some?" Yu Qi asked.
"Woof," Aoi replied.
"Here, try some." Yu Qi placed a few grapes in front of him.
Aoi ate them and seemed delighted by the taste.
"You are definitely not a normal dog if you like fruits." Yu Qi said as she gently patted his head. His fur felt incredibly soft.
"I should collect some vegetables to sell to that auntie." Yu Qi suddenly remembered her purpose for coming to the farm.
She quickly switched into work mode and began gathering wild vegetables. One basket after another, she filled them up until she had two full baskets. Thanks to her daily training, carrying them was no longer a problem.
She then prepared to leave the space.
"Bo Ya, I'm leaving now, with Aoi." Yu Qi said.
"I also want to go with you, Master." Bo Ya said softly, looking up at her with teary eyes.
"If you weren't bound to this space, I would take you with me too." Yu Qi said gently, patting his head.
"It's okay, Master. Hurry and go." Bo Ya replied.
"Woof." Aoi walked over to Bo Ya and licked his hand.
"Take care of Master for me," Bo Ya said seriously.
Yu Qi chuckled when she heard that. It was not like she was going somewhere dangerous.
"Come, Aoi." Yu Qi picked up Aoi and made sure both baskets were in contact with her.
She checked her watch. It was five in the evening. The auntie's shop should still be open. Without wasting time, she made her way down the mountain, carrying the baskets while Aoi walked beside her.
"Yu Qi, what are you doing here?" A voice suddenly called out from behind, startling her.
Yu Qi turned around and saw Long Hui standing there in his military uniform, accompanied by several men. Aoi sensed Yu Qi's unease and let out a low growl. Long Hui noticed the Siberian Husky puppy beside her, growling in his direction.
"Aoi, stay." Yu Qi's command immediately stopped the growling.
Long Hui smiled slightly at the interaction. It was his first time seeing this puppy beside Yu Qi. He stepped closer.
"What are you doing here, my dear Yu Qi?" Long Hui asked teasingly.
The men behind him were stunned to hear their major speak in such a tone to a young girl.
"I… I collected some wild vegetables… to sell at the market." Yu Qi replied, flustered.
Long Hui glanced at the two baskets. "The market? In town?"
"Yes." Yu Qi nodded.
"And how do you plan to bring all of that?" Long Hui asked.
"Huh? By carrying them, of course." Yu Qi answered, confused by his question.
"By yourself?" Long Hui asked again.
"Yes." Yu Qi nodded again.
Long Hui narrowed his eyes slightly. How could this girl carry such heavy baskets all the way to the market? He sighed.
"I will send you there in my vehicle." Long Hui offered.
"No, that's not necessary. I can go by myself." Yu Qi shook her head.
"My dear, do you know the market is about 1.5 kilometres from here? How are you going to walk that far carrying those baskets?" Long Hui narrowed his eyes.
"But I can." Yu Qi insisted. Honestly, being around this man felt more dangerous.
"I will send you. No more arguments." Long Hui insisted.
"No." Yu Qi refused.
"Why? Are you afraid of me?" Long Hui raised his eyebrow, looking at Yu Qi with provocation.
"What? Who's afraid of you?! Fine, I will go with you!" Yu Qi replied in anger.
Long Hui smiled when she finally agreed. Her angry expression looked unexpectedly cute to him.
Meanwhile, his subordinates were completely dumbfounded. They watched as their usually cold and indifferent major smiled, teased a girl, and even insisted on helping her.
'Is this really our major? The same cold major who supposedly hates women?' They looked at each other in confusion.
"You all continue with your tasks. I'll be back shortly." Long Hui instructed.
"Yes, sir." The men replied.
The group exchanged knowing looks, their expressions slowly turning into silly grins. It seemed that their "lady boss" might appear sooner or later. At the very least, they now knew one thing for sure. Their major was definitely not uninterested in women.
They watched as Long Hui casually picked up one of the girl's baskets, still smiling.
