Kanak is still sitting on the bed.She took the phone in her hand from the table.She presses the screen.
Only Vihaan's number is saved there.She stares at his name for a moment.
she remembers his words
("I will take you to your home…")
"He said… he will take me home…" she whispers softly.
"Can I really trust him…?" she thinks.
Mrs.Tina come inside the room with brings food.
"Please eat this, madam," she says.
"You need strength."
Kanak looks at the food.She remembers morning.She slowly takes the plate.And starts eating. Tina smiles seeing this.
"Madam… you should rest," she says softly.
"Sir told me not to let you do any work."
"But I feel strange just sitting like this," Kanak says.
Tina smiles a little.
"You are not used to all this," she says.
Kanak looks at her.
"For what I am used to… that life is not mine anymore," she replies slowly.
Tina feels sad hearing this. But she stays quiet.
