I ate breakfast as some milk and eggs and sent my shadow clone to the ninja academy.
How did I learn Shadow Clone?

After upgrading my attributes I went out through the window and sneaked out to find Iruka Sensei,
'This little shit tried to use me to get his petty revenge on Naruto, it's time for some payback first'
'The point is, I was being used! Damnit!'
Sasuke had known from his anime knowledge that Iruka also knew many sealing jutsu, so he was particularly interested in finding Iruka as seals will be able to reduce his consumption and might become the best method for him to go to different worlds or to seal the 10 tails. Knowledge of seals was very important for many things.
Sasuke soon reached the residence of Iruka and found him cooking dinner.
He knocked on the door while being transformed. As Iruka stopped cooking and came outside to open the door, Sasuke immediately used his Sharingan. Iruka and Sasuke went inside the house like normal and Iruka taught him all the Sealing Jutsu and Ninjutsu in his Arsenal.
Sasuke was able to learn a lot of techniques and atleast copy them with his Sharingan to bombard them with EXP.
After learning all the techniques, Sasuke removed Iruka's memories with him and replaced them with fake memory of eating dinner, removed his traces and went away. They had already eaten the food together as he didn't want to leave any loopholes.
After learning from Iruka, Sasuke went back and upgraded the Sealing Techniques.

Sasuke went to the Academy and came back in afternoon after academy was over and went to find his next target for either learning Shadow clone or Medical Ninjutsu.
He was able to find a medical-Nin and got knowledge of the basic medical Ninjutsu and also "borrowed" some medical books to learn some knowledge atleast to copy the relevant knowledge using his sharingan.
---------------------1 day before Academy Graduation ----------------
Sasuke was sitting on his bench closing his eyes and analysing the contents of medical books he had recently "borrowed". He had already copied all the books he could get using his Sharingan under different medical-nins to avoid any suspicion and learnt a lot about medical knowledge. He had become engrossed in medical knowledge in these 3 years as all the things to be crammed were copied using Sharingan and the most important results and analysis of human body were the things that he had to understand which gave him a lot of insights on medical Ninjutsu. He was able to learn medical Ninjutsu to a very high degree.
He had also learnt sealing techniques and ninjutsus from many chunins and low-level jonins and his knowledge had reached a very high level.
Other than forbidden Jutsus and a few Jutsu, he had already learnt most of the Jutsus.
Sasuke had also learnt Chakra Suppression seal and then he upgraded his physical and spiritual attributes freely without any worries.
