The sound of the noisy slum receded as soon as she climbed in through the Tavern window.
It was becoming a habit — doors were after all, for people who hadn't spent the last several weeks treating rooftops as living rooms.
She landed without sound, straightened, and took in the room in the time it took most people to blink.
Shev sitting upright with green eyes.
Cail frozen, kneeling halfway across the room with his hands on his thighs.
Silently, those green eyes found her immediately.
"My Chief~" She says through a smile.
She pulled the stool from beside Shev's bed and sat down, crossing one leg over the other, unhurriedly.
"You finally thought of your little spider eh?," she said.
"Oho you are a big girl..." Shev's body spoke eerily. "How is the plan going?"
