Hearing her dad's promise made Jazmine Xu even more arrogant. Of course, she wore her pride as the Xu family's princess. Whenever she wanted something, her father made sure she got it.

Meanwhile, in a corner, Bernard shook his head. He had overheard the conversation without meaning to. He followed Jazmine to speak with her manager. After hearing everything, he quietly retreated and dashed back to Michael's dressing room.
"What happened to you?" Michael asked, noticing Bernard was sweating profusely.
Michael had changed into fresh clothes and had someone style his hair. Wanting privacy with Bernard, he waved to the stylist, signaling her to leave.
"Call me if you need me to finish your hair…" the hairstylist said, bowing slightly before dashing out. Michael asked for his hair to be curled; they were still halfway there.
