Thankfully, not all of the guards were watching Aito. Sure, Ryu was watching them both but he had expected that would happen and he wasn't bothered. He wanted Ryu to know that he was with Aito and there was nothing Ryu could do in such a public place. Ryu would just have to stomach his anger.
"No one saw right?" Aito asked, acting like he was scared Haruto's cover would be blown. "Ryu didn't see too, right? I know he's here." He pretended to look around for Ryu, but Haruo quickly stepped in front of him, blocking his view.
"No need to look for him," Haruto whispered. "Let's go somewhere we can talk. I don't feel comfortable here. There are too many eyes on us."
Aito nodded. "Okay. Should we go upstairs?"
"Sure." Haruto answered with a smile. He took Aito's hand and led him toward the stairs.
"All right, it's time," Tobio said through the comms. "I'll head to Haruto's hideout with my team. The rest of you should keep an eye on Aito."
