Alex let his father and brother-in-law lead him.
He followed behind, with Sunflare walking alongside him, as they all made their way down the white steps outside the Sky God's Palace toward the base, where the teleportation formation was located. Once there were enough people to teleport to the city of their choice, they were sent away.
The city they arrived at was in the southeast, known simply as Lake City. It was a city established beside a large lake, only the lake was no longer there, leaving behind a dry lakebed that had grown into a forested area. The lake was said to have been destroyed many thousands of years ago during a fight between two powerful cultivators, but whether that was the truth or not, nobody knew.
Alex walked down from the teleportation formation beside his father and looked around.
"Where to now?"
Graham looked around. "We'll have to ask around to find out where the fighting arena is in this city," he said.
