Aya and Hau make their way towards the sorority of women with a goal in their mind: to get familiar with them and establish their presence and standing within this female sorority.
With them in, Amon knows he will be able to get closer to the Queen because the Queen herself is a woman, and he knows that the Queen likes to talk to these women and give them orders to influence their husbands.
The Queen is very cunning in her ways. By using these women, she makes the lawmakers believe that it was they who came up with these ideas, but in fact, it was the Queen all along who wanted to implement those rules and laws with little resistance from her court.
Amon knows that having control over this sorority is more important than any male politician he can bring under his control because these women are the eyes, mouth, and ears of the queen.
"How do we do this?" Hau asks, whispering at Aya, who is no longer the timid woman she used to know.
