Asgard – The Rainbow Bridge and the Coming Storm

Thor and the others arrived at the strange circular platform where Sif and the Warriors Three had first descended. The air here felt different—charged, ancient, as if it held the weight of countless journeys between worlds.

Thor stepped forward, lifting his head toward the vast sky above.

"Heimdall, open the Rainbow Bridge!"

His voice echoed across the platform, carrying urgency and command.

The wind whispered through the air.

But—

There was no response.

Thor's expression shifted slightly.

He frowned.

"Heimdall?"

Sif looked around, confusion flickering across her face.

"What's going on?" she said slowly. "When we came down, my brother was still here. Why hasn't he responded now?"

Heimdall was no ordinary guard—he was the eternal sentinel of Asgard, the watcher of the Rainbow Bridge. Nothing escaped his notice.

For him to remain silent—

Something was wrong.

---

The Rainbow Bridge – Frozen Guardian

Far above, on the Rainbow Bridge itself—

Heimdall stood frozen.

A thick layer of frost encased his body, creeping across his armor and skin like death itself. The cold radiated outward, unnatural and absolute.

Behind it—

Loki stood silently.

The chill power of frost had sealed Heimdall in place.

But as Thor's voice continued to echo faintly across realms—

Something stirred.

A crack.

Then another.

Heimdall's eyes flickered with light.

"Ah—!"

With a roar, the frost shattered violently, shards exploding outward like broken glass.

Before he could recover—

Two Frost Giants, brought by Loki, lunged forward.

Heimdall reacted instantly.

His golden sword flashed.

One clean horizontal strike—

Slash!

Both Frost Giants were cut down instantly.

---

"Heimdall!"

Thor's voice echoed again, distant but urgent.

---

Return of the Rainbow Bridge

The sky above Puente Antiguo began to twist.

Energy gathered.

Then—

Seven colors of light burst downward from the heavens.

A radiant beam.

"It's here. Let's go." Thor said firmly.

Without hesitation, Thor, Sif, and the Warriors Three stepped into the light.

Their forms blurred.

Then—

They vanished.

---

Asgard – The Golden Realm

The Rainbow Bridge glowed brilliantly.

Thor and the others reappeared.

The moment they arrived—

They saw Heimdall collapsed on the ground.

"Brother!" Sif rushed forward immediately, kneeling beside him.

Thor's jaw tightened.

"You take him for treatment," Thor said firmly. "I'll find Loki."

Without waiting—

Thor surged forward, flying along the endless Rainbow Bridge toward the heart of Asgard.

---

Sif and the others carefully lifted Heimdall.

They carried him away urgently.

None of them noticed—

A small fragment of metal had fallen quietly from Sif's waist.

---

The Hidden Observer

After they left—

The fragment began to move.

It broke apart into countless tiny particles.

They shimmered faintly in the air.

Then—

They gathered.

Reforming.

Becoming—

Jack.

He stood there silently, his eyes scanning the golden realm before him.

"So this is Asgard…"

His lips curved slowly.

The city stretched before him—magnificent beyond imagination. Golden towers rose into the sky, shining with divine brilliance. The air itself seemed alive with power.

"It really is magnificent…"

His gaze darkened.

"If I don't cause some chaos here…"

"It would be a bit of a waste."

A flicker of madness passed through his eyes.

Then—

He stopped.

"No… not yet."

"I'll just enjoy the show first."

His body dissolved once more into countless Transformium particles, slipping into the metallic walls of the structure nearby, becoming indistinguishable from the surroundings.

---

Loki's Plan

Soon—

A figure in armor rode swiftly across the Rainbow Bridge.

It was Loki.

His expression was cold, determined.

He had already made his decision.

And it was madness.

---

Loki reached the mechanism at the end of the bridge.

Without hesitation—

He inserted his scepter into a slot.

Immediately—

The entire structure began to rotate violently.

Energy surged.

Outside the spherical structure—

A massive cone of energy formed.

It pointed outward into space.

Then—

BOOM!

A beam of unimaginable power shot forward.

It tore through space itself—

And struck a distant, frost-covered world.

---

Loki raised a small, dark-blue cube.

The Casket of Ancient Winters.

Cold energy spread from it instantly.

The temperature dropped sharply.

Frost spread across the surroundings.

Lightning crackled around his scepter, freezing as it formed.

---

"So this is the Casket of Ancient Winters…"

A voice spoke suddenly.

"Such powerful frost energy… truly impressive."

---

Loki froze.

"Who's there?!"

---

A blur.

A movement too fast to follow.

---

The Casket—

Was gone.

---

Loki's eyes widened.

"Who is it?! Show yourself!"

But there was no response.

Nothing.

The Casket had vanished as if it had never existed.

---

Rage filled Loki's face.

It had been taken—

Right in front of him.

---

Thor Arrives

"Stop!"

Thor's voice thundered across the bridge.

He flew forward at full speed.

---

Loki turned to face him.

The Casket was gone.

But that didn't matter anymore.

Now—

Only Thor mattered.

---

"You can't stop this," Loki said coldly. "The Casket has already begun turning Jotunheim into fragments."

He laughed.

"And when Father awakens…"

"I will become the son he is most proud of."

---

"You can't destroy an entire race!" Thor shouted.

---

Loki's expression twisted.

"Thor… when did you start caring about Frost Giants?"

"You've changed."

---

"Yes," Thor said quietly.

"I have."

---

Jack's Thoughts

Hidden within the structure—

Jack observed everything silently.

A typical brother conflict…

He showed little interest.

The drama between Loki and Thor meant nothing to him.

What interested him—

Was something else.

Odin…

Jack narrowed his eyes slightly.

If Odin wakes…

Things could get troublesome.

He had no confidence in escaping Odin's perception.

And he had already achieved his goal.

The Casket of Ancient Winters—

Was his.

---

"Time to leave…"

---

The Aftermath

Meanwhile—

Heimdall was being treated in the palace.

Sif stood nearby, watching anxiously.

"Doctor, will my brother be alright?"

"He's not seriously injured. Don't worry."

---

Fandral suddenly frowned.

"Sif… where's your sword?"

---

Sif froze.

Her hand moved to her waist.

Her expression changed instantly.

"My sword…?"

"I was sure I had it…"

---

"Where could it have gone?" Hogun asked.

---

Sif turned and rushed outside.

"Watch over my brother. I'll find it."

---

"We've got this," Volstagg said.

---

The Sword

Sif retraced her steps carefully.

Then—

Her eyes lit up.

"There it is!"

She ran forward and picked it up from the ground.

---

Looking at the damaged blade, her expression softened.

"This sword…"

"It's my grandfather's relic…"

Her voice lowered slightly.

"That human… actually damaged it."

"But I'll repair it."

---

She didn't realize—

That the "human" she spoke of—

Was now in her hands.

---

Collapse of the Bridge

Suddenly—

A brilliant light erupted from the Rainbow Bridge.

Sif looked up sharply.

"What's happening?"

---

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Heavy impacts echoed.

The entire bridge trembled violently.

After five massive strikes—

A section of the bridge shattered.

---

Energy surged uncontrollably.

Fragments broke off—

Falling into endless space.

---

Sif's eyes widened.

"The Rainbow Bridge… has been destroyed…"

---

Loki vanished into the void along with the broken bridge.

---

At the same time—

Odin awakened.

Golden light spread across Asgard once more.

The realm regained its divine radiance.

---

Jack's Departure

Far away—

On a mountain peak—

Jack stood silently.

Before him stretched the entirety of Asgard.

Magnificent.

Radiant.

Untouchable.

---

He smiled slowly.

"If this place were to explode…"

"What a beautiful scene that would be."

---

His eyes gleamed with anticipation.

---

The storm—

Had only just begun.
