While his force dealt with the remaining inquisitors, Amon revealed a strange artifact. The artifact looked like a prismatic lens. He opened a socket in its center. Amon used a talisman and inserted it into the socket, which caused the prismatic lens to shine. It emitted a light that seemed to scan its surroundings.
After activating the artifact, Amon left it in the sky. It remained floating in its initial position. Its light continued to shine out.
Amon zoomed downward at the nearest inquisitor, who was fighting two battle puppets and one altered beast. The inquisitor noticed his approach but couldn't react properly because he was occupied. Amon landed on top of him, squashing him into a messy pile of blood and flesh.
Amon then zoomed around the battlefield, slaying one inquisitor after another.
