Although he wouldn't let them notice, the children believed Jiang Congtang was truly a jinx; provoking him would bring no good result.
However, some still complained, informing the adults, and some elders came to criticize him.
In front of others, Jiang Congtang showed a timid demeanor.
Yet, secretly, he subtly taught a lesson to this bullying elder.
Thus, within this small mountain village, people increasingly felt Jiang Congtang was a jinx.
As Jiang Congtang gradually grew older, while not gaining much weight or becoming pale, he grew taller than the boys of the same age in the village.
Jiang Congtang turned five years old, and the children in the village received news that an Immortal Lord had come to the Mortal World to recruit disciples.
To be recruited into the Immortal Sect of the Cultivation World.
Since coming here, his elders had told him they settled here, waiting for an opportunity to re-enter the Cultivation World.
