The troops finally came to a stop for the night. It was the deeper parts of the forest where humans were less likely to visit. It was a place where several demons prowled around. Not many demons were harmful although some were vicious enough to tear a human apart.
The night was much more alarmed and many knights would constantly patrol around the camp taking turns. Aleksander was aware of where they were. As long as they or anyone does nothing stupid, it would be alright.
Aleksander was unable to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night. He took the lamp to look around the camp and as well as to get some fresh air. There was moonlight, but it was now hidden among the clouds. On his way of exploration, he didn't expect to meet someone awake and talking to someone he couldn't see.
"What are you doing here?" He asked a little concerned and surprised. 'Does she always wake up in the middle of the night or does she sleep late?'
