Zephyr frowned as Kossuth was right. With this, Arad now stands on the same political pedestal as her father, Focalor. Each of them rules an Elemental Plane, even though each of them owes their power to a different reason. Focalor has robbed the throne from the previous Sultan with force and proved his own wind mastery over all the other djinn and spirits in that realm. He was an undisputed ruler who ruled with sheer might. Unlike him, Arad now owes his standing to Kossuth. He didn't earn that throne, but sits on it because his wife earned it.
The wind spirits and djinns might underestimate Arad because of how he got the throne, and some might even openly riot over their princess marrying him. But the savviest of them should figure out that it takes an absolute monster to take the throne from Kossuth, who was known as the most violent and aggressive of the Elemental Sultans.
