The three men left. Evelyn Ford looked at Ronan Kendrick and couldn't help but laugh.
"Let's eat. I'm hungry." 'He's still thinking about food,' she thought.
"Should I make some more braised pork? To celebrate the good life you're about to have."
"What do you mean?" Ronan felt there was something dangerous in Evelyn's words, so he didn't dare to answer.
"That man from earlier took your picture. If that Miss Holloway takes a liking to you, she'll probably send someone to whisk you away to her luxurious villa. As my dear friend who's faced death with me, you can't forget about me when you're living the high life."
"Good. I won't have to look for her then. I can just go over and kill her." Ronan sat down and continued eating, his face impassive.
"If you kill her, do you think you can escape? Can I escape? Can Officer Graham and the others escape?"
Ronan looked up at Evelyn, his expression still calm. "Are you scared?"
