"Say ahh," I said, grinning as I fed Amelia some goodie my ma sent. It was a piece of candied apple. One of her favorites.
She opened her mouth and bit it, chewing slowly. Her face lit up with joy as she tasted it. "Mmm. This is so good."
I chuckled. "You loved eating this when Tsuna was the bun in your oven."
She giggled. "You remember that?"
"Of course. How could I forget? You had a craving every day. You drove me nuts with it. And the baby Tsuna seemed to enjoy it too."
She smiled and touched her belly. "This little one seems to like it too."
I rubbed her belly gently, feeling the baby move. "Yeah. They're kicking. Any time now, our third child will be here."
She nodded and kissed me. "I can't wait."
I kissed her back. "Me neither." I picked up some marshmallows. My lips curled. "And our Nora loved these."
She smiled. "That first time being pregnant sure was an experience. I didn't know what to expect. But your mother helped me a lot."
