Eric calmly withdrew his gaze and said lightly, "Let's eat."
Two hours passed quickly. After breakfast, Eric asked everyone to organize the things they needed to take from the boat and prepare to disembark.
Aldana's mind had already flown to Norris Moore's wedding. She paid little attention to the emotions and actions of the people around her; it was the wedding of her best friend. Just the thought of being able to personally participate made it impossible for her to stay calm.
Ellen hid outside the living room door, tearing a dried flower, watching the expectant expression on Aldana's face inside, feeling very resentful.
Eric came over and, seeing that she neither entered the room to pack nor went to the hall to accompany Aldana, was a bit puzzled and asked, "What are you doing out here?"
"Tell me, does she prefer me or Norris Moore?"
