Chapter 237 - Austin going to Kouh

After their battle was concluded, Austin sighed at the destruction they had caused before with a flick of his fingers, the time rewinded and every broken or uprooted tree was back to place again, the flowers became radiant and vibrant like before with a very powerful yet elegant and relaxing smell.

The greeneries returned back and everything was back as it was.

This scene surprised Scathach at how effortlessly he fixed everything with just a flick of his fingers.

She wasn't angry that he didn't use his full power as she wasn't an unreasonable woman, she knew if he used his full power during their fight, she would be overwhelmed. She herself held back when fighting him as the gap in experience was too much between her and him. But still, in raw power he exceeded her by leagues.

'But well, to think I would train a dragon, the irony~' She mused with amused tone giggling softly inwardly. Of course she knew he was a dragon from the first glance but not all of the were the same, some differences were still there.

'However, I think it's fate, isn't it? To meet like that~' Her tone was soft and sweet very different from her usual dominant and authoritative tone.

Anyway, she was intrigued, wanted to know the extent of his power and how good he was at using them but wasn't an expert with mana or a magic caster to try.

"That's quite the way to fix things~" She said as her spear disappeared and put her hand on her slim waist, looking around at how the destroyed backyard was back again to be a very beautiful painting.

Truly fascinating!

Austin appreciated her gesture for not asking about his magic and only smiled for a moment before saying. "Don't want my wives to get angry with me because of it."

"Your wives? Now you said it, you asked me to train them too, right?" She asked raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, some of them are using cold weapons and martial arts, so I want you to train them as I'm in no position to do it." He said knowing his limits. He wasn't a master or a mentor, didn't train someone and turned him into a full battle yankee or a legend.

He was a scientist in his core and he would never forget that. Till this point he still went to his lap in the underground floor to create new things like poisons, serums, elixirs, potions, some genetic testing, dissecting the brain of some people who wanted to miss with his wives and try to uncover more secrets and many more things.

So, he wasn't someone fit for that role, better leave it for those specialized in it. And who is better than Scathach?

It was a good opportunity as well to increase his experience and get adjusted to the skills and techniques he had learned while try to learn about the runes and how to read them.

"Humm..let me see them first then will decide." She said holding her chin between her fingers.

Austin nodded before breaking the barrier and unsealing the place which didn't grant much surprise from her before they walked back to the mansion.

....

In the living room.

Austin was standing in front of his wives. They were Asagi, Shiranui, Rinko, Murasame, Sakura, Anita, and the other who used cold weapons and martial arts in their fights.

Scathach was standing beside him observing each one of them with those crimson orbs of hers making them feel uneasy as if they were animals being observed in a zoo.

Anyway, Scathach herself didn't care about what they felt, she only cared about their potential and talent.

After a while, she nodded slightly and said. "They all have potential and talent with varying degrees."

"So?"

"I agree to your request, but in one condition~" She said with a playful tone as she looked at him.

"What is it?"

"...I will tell you later, but don't worry, it won't affect you or your wives, so rest assured." She said after a brief moment of silence.

Austin nodded and agreed to her condition.

"Dear, who is she?" Asagi asked not caring about the reason why her husband called her as he could call them anytime he wanted and she would be in front of him in a flash. The others shared the same mentality.

"She is someone I called to help on your training to get stronger. I'm not experienced in teaching others, so I called for an expert. She is Scathach, Scathach Skadi."

Hearing the name, girls of the Taimanin world looked at her with shock evident on their faces.

They, of course, knew that name well, as being from a world very similar to Austin's, they had either heard or read about her.

She was a legend after all and even used her as an example for dedication and discipline.

"You mean that Scathach!" Shiranui said with surprised tone.

They hadn't seen her of course, but only the name and her feats as per told by the legend itself.

"What? Doubting my identity already?" She said with amused and playful smile clearly enjoying their reaction.

"No! Well, we only heard about your name and feats but never seen you before nor there were any records with a painting of you." Asagi said making Scathach smile.

"Hmmm...does it matter?"

"..." No one responded.

"Good, from now on, I will be your mentor as I expect you to follow my instructions."

They looked at Austin who nodded with a smile before they relaxed and stood up giving a slight bow out of respect making her nod in approval.

"That's good, I have a meeting coming up in a hour in the company, so I will leave you guys to each other." Suddenly Austin said as he glanced at the clock on the wall showing 3:30 PM.

"Mhm, take care dear~" Asagi said as she stepped forward and kissed his lips.

"Be careful out there, hubby~" Shiranui said as she kissed him too.

"Make sure to bring some presents back!" Sakura said with a cheerful smile and energy as she jumped into his embrace and kissed him.

And like that, one by one they hugged and kissed him making something stir in Scathach's heart before she suppressed it down inside.

'Not now...'

Then Austin went up to his room and dressed well (I will leave it to your imagination because I'm super lazy~) before moving down and walked out of the mansion getting into a car of his own, BMW X6 and drove toward his company.

....

Hideo Pharmaceutical Company, top floor.

Austin was sitting on a cozy couch with the CEO, Hideo Koji, sitting in front of him on the other side opposite to him.

"It has been years since you joined our company, Austin, you contributed to our success greatly by those medicines you have created and the vaccines to fight that terrible virus back then. We are very thankful to you." Hideo Koji said with a tone filled with respect and reverence as he bowed to him.

"No need for that, Koji-san, I was just doing my job driven by the will to help people."

"Even so, we are so thankful."

"Then I can only accept it." Austin said as he sipped his tea slowly enjoying the taste.

Although not on bar with how he made it, but it was good, acceptable.

"However, was that the reason you called me for?" He asked with a calm tone as he smiled.

"No, that's not it. I called you here to tell you that our partners requested us to send someone from our company to act as a teacher in some highschool to motivate the coming generations to work hard for the future."

"Telling me this means that I will be that someone you are sending, right?" Austin said.

Hideo Koji sighed and said. "Unfortunately yes, other companies did the same, so our partners wanted to participate to improve our reputation and image in the eyes of the world, this was encouraged by the government."

"Why us? Why not send someone from them rather than asking us? And why me exactly?" Although he had some speculations about the reasons, he still wanted to hear them from him.

"Due to our latest improvements and increasing prestige, we are the best choice in their eyes and sending the best in our arsenal would boost our reputation and image even more considering all your achievements being known to the whole world."

"I tried to convince them to choose someone else, but they didn't relent and insisted on you. After all, they are our biggest supporters." Hideo Koji said releasing a tired sigh.

Austin could see how tired he was from the back bags under his eyes and his body that lost more weight looking skinny. Although he was arrogant and prideful bastard, he wasn't unreasonable and took his job seriously.

Sigh!

'Politics everywhere!'

"Okay, I agree with your request."

"Thank you for this, Austin."

"Don't mention it. Then which highschool I'm going to?"

"I heard it's a school in Kouh town called, Kouh Private Academy."
