I originally didn't have anything at the start here this is just an edit, I accidentally made the chapter to be sent next month on monday lol, I noticed it on Wednesday when I was about to write for chapter 5, so sorry for the wait i just made it posted on Thursday instead of friday

My expression slowly slips into that of a smirk as I say " oh nooo~, bullying a poor child when someone is unconscious, how uncouth of you to completely ignore the patient here, plus aren't we in a crisis- it wouldn't be very wise to interrogate me while anything could happen currently~"
Clearly the voice of reason between the two Dan Heng lowers his spear " while you are suspicious, you make a good point, follow us we'll lead you and the girl out here" as he says that Stelle starts to stir awake slightly swaying as she leans up sitting on the ground
The girl approaches Stelle who is starting to gain her bearings holding her head "are you all right? Can you hear me? Do you remember your name? Did that guy do anything to you?"
My eyes slightly twitch as I say " my name is Josh, not that guy for your information " ' I swear if this becomes a trend- am I that intimidating? Well I am tall but still I swear this has got to be raci-'
Stelle replies groggily " I don't remember" as march says kindly to her " Aw this isn't good... Can you try harder? I'm sure you can at least remember your name..."
After a few moments of deep thought as Stelle finnally stands up she says " My name is Stelle" Stelle notices me and walks up to me as the tension in the air finnally drops as she stands beside me unperturbed
The girl comments walking up to us " you know for someone who got teleported here, she seems awfully close to you " she says giving my a scrutinizing look before sighing " also sorry for being so aggressive, saw some pretty...rough stuff earlier"
Dan Heng uncrosses his arms done assessing the situation " Stelle was it? Nice to meet you, you too Josh despite our earlier encounter, I'm Dan Heng as you may have heard earlier, this girl beside me is March 7th"
I immediately say without skipping a beat " like the date? Sounds made up on the spot" there was an awkward silence for a second as Dan Heng quickly glanced at March as she coughs in an interrupting manner as Dan Heng continues
" This space station was just attacked by the Antimatter Legion. We came to help with the rescue at the request of lead researcher Asta, it's possible that they may have had a hand in your unwanted transportation, or perhaps your the reason they came here not by any fault of your own perhaps"
Dan Heng says the ending part to me as I nod processing the matter Stelle asks confused "The Antimatter Legion?" as March calmly explains " Goons owned by the Destruction, You're lucky that the most dangerous Lord Ravager among them isn't around, just some nasty minions"
I interject curious " The Destruction? Is he some type of space gang leader? Space pirate leader?"
Dan Heng and March look at me as if they saw a ghost as Stelle adorably tilts her head curious at where the conversation is going as Dan Heng says " wherever your from must be severely underdeveloped if they don't know about the Aeons"
I just shrug my shoulders " eh I'm 17, still considered a minor but basically an adult where I'm from" Dan Heng nods in response as he says " The Aeons are in a sense manifested concepts and are essentially gods, there have been many aeon throughout the universes existence, but currently there are 8 main ones worshipped throughout the cosmos"
He takes a breath before continuing " those being Aha, The Elation, Fuli, The Aemembrance, Yaoshi, The Abundance, IX, The Nihility, Akivili, The Trailblaze who is presumed to be deceased, Lan, The Hunt, Nous, The Erudition, Qlipoth, The Preservation, Xipe, The Harmony, and finnally Nanook, The Destruction, each Aeon even the ones I'm not mentioning currently for times sake have followers who follow their path, we from the Astral Express follow the path of Akvili as even if an aeon passed the mark they leave on history never fades away..." Dan Heng ends this with a reminiscent look before shaking his head as if clearing his mind
I look at him intrigued " huh, interesting, also in other news who is Lead Researcher Asta you mentioned a bit ago"
March answers patiently " Uh-huh, a petite cutie with pink hair, Madam Herta appointed her to be the acting lead researcher " ' Temporary raise without pay strikes again'
I mentally hum to myself as march says "...that girl really needs to step up. I can't believe her own employees doesn't even know her name "
'...oh...OH...OH, she think Stelle works here, I'm totally going to abuse this for what it's worth' I nod to Stelle indicating the end of my questions
" where should we go?" Stelle asks with a slightly downtrodden look, likely remembering the conversation with Kafka earlier
I pat her back reassuringly as Dan Heng says " Back to the master control zone, Asta and the other researchers have gathered there"
March interjects confidently " Plus that's where we parked the Astral Express! Don't you guys worry, we'll protect you from the monsters and clear up this mess."
I ask curious " you guys mentioned the Astral Express again, what exactly is that?" They both look at us as March says " Me and Dan Heng are part of the Astral Express crew"
" The express has some dealings with Madam Herta, so we come to visit the space station from time to time" Dan heng explains
" we just so happened to arrive during this... invasion of course, as a -- ahem -- crew of heroes, we're happy to lend a hand" March says in a slightly gloating tone as Stelle says curiously " The Astral Express?"
" Yeah, you've never seen it? The express comes here every once in a while." March says confused " it's a unique train that can travel between the stars with the power of the trailblazer Aeon" Dan Heng explains
" I'll show you once we're back in the master control zone-" Stelle then bluntly says with childish excitement in her eyes despite her blank expression " Let's go then!"
Dan Heng turns to March " you should escort Josh and Stelle, Arlan from the security department lost contact in the vicinity. I need to find him first "
I interject holding up my hand " I'm coming with you, based on your discription of things it's likely he is going to be injured, I've been trained as a doctor where I'm from, despite it clearly being low technology compared to this place I could still help, plus I'm sure a conversation would help clear myself in your eyes eh?"
Dan heng looks at me for a second before nodding " if you think it wise, then I won't doubt you, it wouldn't hurt to have someone experienced in healing around "
Stelle looks lost for a moment before I say " don't worry I'll be right back just clearing some stuff right now, just go with March I'll be back " she nods at me as march says in a slightly worried tone " all right then...you two stay safe"
I follow Dan Heng as he walks off " well where do you think we should check?" He looks at me as we walk before saying " he is likely to be trapped somewhere, according to Asta he ran off the second the Legion invaded, his life monitor hasn't rung so he is still alive somewhere over here"
I chuckle for a second " you know this is all kinds surreal to me in a sense, sure I know most of those things happening are possible, back where I'm from their usually talked up as fiction and stuff not actually real " I say as we walk down the corridor
" well personally all things considered I believe your adapting quite well for someone I met 10 minutes ago " I crack a smirk at his words " yeah guess thaaaa- what is that"
I drag my words out as 3 armored looking creatures almost reminding me of my Emptiness As I look into the black marble built into their helmet, their sharp cosmic looking blades strapped to their arms gleam dangerously as they see us and run toward us as I see a white haired dude with stab wounds on his arms and legs fall to the ground as Dan Heng pulls out his spear
" Get somewhere safe I'll deal with these guys " I don't argue as I press a panel opening a nearby door and running into it as the sounds of clashing metal plays out behind me I however aren't as safe as I originally hoped as I look in front of me seeing another one as it rushes towards me slashing with both arms as I just barely dodge it's blades which slice through the pannel that opens the door shut 'shit'
Looking around me I see a few boxes and quickly think up a plan as it rushes towards me again I try to dodge and throw a box at the same time but lt cuts through like butter as I think 'fuck I'm going to die' as I mentally prepare myself I just barely don't dodge good enough as it's blade sinks into my left arm as a burning feeling fills my heart
' am I going to die...again...I already just got here' the sounds of furious battle outside tells me I'm getting no help the being not wanting to waste time it seems dashes towards me as its movements slow to me as each step echoes throughout to me adrenaline shooting up my veins '...what's it worth anyways, I've been bumbling about the whole time, I'm not expert, I've just been running in circles trying to find something to hold onto'
As it's blade is inches in front of me Chara's words ring into my mind 'you know I expected more fear, anger perhaps, dread, never once did I suspect you would be calm'
A grin slowly lifts itself across my face as the blade from the thing is inches away from tearing me apart ' heh, why was overthinking things again, this is why I had kymani, god he would be chastising me if I gave up so easily, Taraji would endlessly tease me calling me a coward if I died like this '
With the blade centimeters from my face and a grin on my lips I think ' More than staying Determined, right now...I must stay Brave'
The tablet in my pocket glows in a orange light as just before the blades touch skin they are blocked by glowing orange fingerless gloves as I hold my hands up in a blocking motion before using the opportunity to pull it's hands from its momentum and dome it with a punch in the head as the gloves before i hit grow fully into my finger and spiked where my knuckles are as the dark blue orb in its head shatters into pieces
' I may not be a god like chara, or a demon, but one things for sure, if I want to find my friends and most importantly find my one way' as I think this with the cracking of the orb the monster's visage starts to crack " I must stay Determined" as I say this the monster fully cracks into nothingness as it turns into dust
Finnally processing what exactly happened I did what any reasonable person would do and fell onto my butt exhausted as the glowing orange fingerless gloves disappear
"Holy shit I'm alive"

Ok main thing about this chapter I want to explain the exact limitations on his abilities, currently he may seem strong since he one tapped a voidranger reaver, one thing I'd like to mention the void legion here was artificially induced it isn't actually as strong as an actual invasion, the monsters also scaled accurately are level 10 compared to our MC (Bravery) being at level 20
