At last, Adam saw Amelia's father, as his goal was to save him somehow.
Adam realized that, for some reason, these particular monsters were a single family and the nobles of Varreyn. Thus, Adam assumed that the father and mother were the most important ones. That was usually the case.
But… Amelia's words and actions showed that this was not the case at all.
"Y-You…" The woman clenched her teeth. "How dare you speak to your mother like that?"
However, Amelia didn't respond. Instead, she turned to Adam and pointed at the woman.
"Mr. Adam, this is my mother, Romara von Grad."
Then, she looked at the man lying in bed as her gaze softened.
"This is the one I'm asking you to save. This is my father, Vador von Grad."
Adam glanced at Romara.
"Looks like relations in your family aren't the best. Huh, but I don't blame you, it's the same with all noble families. A total shit show." He chuckled.
