Madison Barton's eyes moved slightly.
Looking around, the memories before she fell unconscious flooded back, choking in her throat.
She only asked one question: "Am I dead?"
The young man sitting by the bed answered, "You're not dead, not dead, you're alive and well."
"Why didn't you let me die, why? Ah..."
The pain buried deep within completely collapsed, and Madison Barton burst into tears.
It turns out even dying is such a difficult thing.
She really wanted to die, really wanted to die; dying would bring release, and there would be no more pain.
The man who saved Madison Barton was at a loss.
He went for a morning run and saw her heading toward the center of the lake, so he saved her.
He brought her to the hospital and waited for her to wake up. Looking at her peaceful face, he couldn't fathom why such a beautiful girl would want to end her life.
