A deep, resounding silence filled the room once the video ended, and Axel did not feel the need to excessively elaborate on it either. He just let everyone recover from the impact of the video while he passed along another proposal paper.
He waited almost a full minute before he continued to speak.
"A Strategic Aetheric Weapons designation is not just about having a powerful ability," Axel said. "You also need to have the right mental capabilities and the correct outlook to be granted such a status. After all, once the designation is given, it brings with it countless resources and targeted nurturing, not only consuming many resources but also strengthening an individual to a large degree.
