Helena shook her head helplessly, finally revealing a hint of emotion behind her otherwise neutral expression. But instead of saying anything else, she just sighed in apparent defeat.
"If you don't mind me asking, why are you so concerned about this?" Nero asked. "Come to think of it, why do you think he'd listen to me of all people?"
If it wasn't obvious before, then it was extremely apparent right then that Helena clearly had an unusual day, and her emotions were somewhat unstable. She was lost in thought for a few seconds before turning her attention back towards Nero.
