Cultivation Levels
10 Mortality-Transcending: Qi Refining < Foundation Establishment < Core Formation < Nascent Soul < Soul Transformation < Soulshift < Void Refining < Grand Unity < Karma Severing < Mahayana/Cataclysm.
10 Immortal: Imminent < True < Mystic < Golden < Venerable < King < Emperor < Saint < Ancient < Zenith Heaven.
10 Divine/God: Nascent God < True God < Sage < Great Sage < Perfect Sage < Dao Origin/Source < Dao Lord < Dao King < Dao Emperor < Dao Ancestor.
All these Major Cultivation levels are further divided into 10 Minor Levels. Minor Levels 1-3 = Early-stage. Minor Levels 4-6 = Middle-stage. Minor Levels 7-9 = Late-stage. Minor Level 10 = Peak-stage. 10 Minor * 30 Major Levels = 300 levels.
As for why the people of Pacified Grace Star and some other mortal worlds can only reach the ninth minor stages in their cultivation realms, that is related to the Heavenly Dao of their world. Yan Anle has the system so the Heavenly Dao's limitations has nothing to do with him.

The Martial Dao also exists in this Universe but it is very low-end and only found in many mortal worlds. The realms are Ninth to First-rank Martial Artist < Innate < Martial Grandmaster < Martial King < Martial Emperor < Martial Saint < Martial God. Ninth-stage Qi Gathering can already kill Martial Emperors as long as the Immortal Daoist does not allow the Martial Daoist get too close.

Rankings
Pill Rankings: Mortality-Transcending < Immortal < Divine. Each is further divided into Ten Tiers, each corresponding to a major cultivation realm. Each Tier is further divided by quality into Good, Very Good, Pill Veins/Excellent, and Pill Clouds/Perfect! Anything below Good would not be considered a successful Pill but a failed product. It is worth mentioning that while Pills are counted from Ninth-grade as the lowest to First-grade as the peak, the reverse is the case for alchemists where 1-star is the lowest and 9-star is the peak.
Artifacts & Talismans: Spirit < Profound < Earth < Heaven < Low-Tier Immortal < Mid-Tier Immortal < High-Tier Immortal < Great Immortal < Low-Tier Divine < Mid-Tier Divine < High-Tier Divine < Ancient.
Special Physiques, Spirit Roots, and Bloodlines are divided into: Spirit < Profound < Earth < Heaven < Immortal < Divine < Ancient.
Forces (Clans/Sects/Etc.): Ninth-grade to First-grade Force, Tenth-grade to First-grade Immortal Force, and Tenth-grade to First-grade Divine Force! How it goes is, a Ninth-grade Force is one that has Foundation Establishment figures at its helm. A Lower Ninth-grade Force means one that only has Early-stage Foundation Establishment figures. Then, First-grade Divine Force is on that has the highest God-level cultivators at its helm.
Techniques: Techniques are ranked as thus: Mortality-Transcending (Spirit < Profound < Earth < Heaven), Immortal Techniques (Mystic < King < Ancient < Zenith), Divine Arts (True Divine < Sage < Imperial] < Ancient). Mystic-grade Immortal Techniques can be used up to the Mystic Immortal Realm. King is for up to Immortal King, etc.

Note: As at now, I'm not sure if I will write anything beyond when MC ascends to Immortality so, these cultivation realms and treasure rankings beyond Mahayana/Cataclysm and Heaven-grade may be used in potential future novels based in the same Universe.
