The description covered partial footage from Richmond General Hospital's corridor security system, time-stamped on a date that preceded his employment start date at Mirage Corp by several weeks. It described a male matching his physical description entering a service corridor and exiting via a rear staff door. It described him as "present at the facility under circumstances inconsistent with documented employment or admission history."
