On the other side, Supriya had already stepped inside the clinic, her phone still in her hand.
The moment she entered, her eyes fell on the crowd of patients waiting inside.
A slow smile spread across her face.
"Well well… looks like Mr. Om's business is already flying,"
she murmured to herself.
"I knew it… there's definitely something special about this guy. But where is he? Why can't I see him anywhere?"
Saying that, she scanned the entire place, her eyes searching every corner as she walked further in.
And then—
She saw him.
Om was busy treating a patient.
For a moment, Supriya just stood there… staring.
Completely still.
Like everything else had faded away.
"Damn… how can someone be this attractive?"
she whispered under her breath.
"Look at him… even while working, he looks so handsome. I swear, I just feel like hugging him tight… uff, what a guy."
"Yeah… I want to be yours too… come, take me in your arms."
A man's voice suddenly came from somewhere nearby.
But Supriya was lost.
Lost in her own little world.
Right now, she could see no one except Om.
It was as if she was dreaming.
So when she heard that voice—
She smiled.
Blushing slightly, she said softly,
"See… I knew it, Om. I knew you liked me too."
With that, she leaned forward slightly—
Puckering her lips, trying to kiss the man standing in front of her.
"Yeah, come on… kiss me, I'm all yours, beautiful."
The voice came again.
"Beautiful… what?"
Startled, Supriya snapped out of her trance.
Reality hit her in an instant.
She opened her eyes properly and looked ahead—
And froze.
Standing right in front of her—
Was an old man.
Eyes closed.
Lips pushed forward.
Trying to kiss her.
For a second, she couldn't even react.
Then—
"AAAHHH!!" she screamed, jumping back.
"You disgusting old man! Who the hell are you?!"
The old man opened his eyes—
And started laughing, showing the two lonely teeth left in his mouth.
"Hey… you're the one who made me your prince,"
he said with a creepy grin.
Then again, he leaned forward, puckering his lips.
"Come on… give me a sweet kiss…"
"Hey! Have some shame!"
Supriya snapped angrily.
"I'll slap you so hard you'll lose those last two teeth as well!"
The old man straightened up, unfazed.
"I was just walking my way… you're the one who stopped me and started flirting after seeing me."
He walked past her, still chuckling.
Supriya glared at him.
"Ugh… looks like he's drunk. What kind of people show up here?"
"Miss Supriya? You're here?"
Om's voice came from behind.
Supriya turned—
And suddenly froze again.
Om was standing right there.
She immediately straightened herself, forcing a nervous smile.
Meanwhile… on the road
"Drive faster, yaar! At this rate, we'll reach the clinic day after tomorrow!"
Anshika said anxiously.
"Who knows what that witch Supriya must be doing with my Om by now. Please hurry, Seema!"
"I am driving fast!"
Seema snapped.
"What do you want me to do, fly the car?"
"Then stop the car, I'll drive!"
Anshika said impatiently.
"NO. Absolutely not,"
Seema said firmly.
"Sit quietly. Have you forgotten what happened last time? You were thinking about Om even then. If you drive like this now, we'll go straight to God's clinic."
But Anshika wasn't even listening.
"My poor innocent Om… who knows what nonsense that Supriya must be feeding him."
"Will you stop already?"
Seema groaned.
"How many times will you chant 'Om Om' like this?"
Back at the clinic
"Actually… Mr. Om,"
Supriya said, trying to sound normal,
"I came here to help you. I thought… you're alone, how will you handle so many patients? So I just came to assist you."
She smiled, a little too sweetly.
Om looked at her, slightly surprised.
"That's kind of you, Miss Supriya… but how did you know there are so many patients here?"
For a second—
She froze.
Then quickly recovered.
"Oh come on… you're all over the newspapers,"
she said smoothly.
"And even if you weren't, I trust your talent. I knew your clinic would run well."
Om smiled politely.
"Thank you. That's very kind of you."
Then calmly added,
"But I don't need help. I can manage everything myself. I don't want to trouble you."
"Oh please, Mr. Om…"
Supriya stepped a little closer.
"It's not trouble at all. And don't call me 'Miss Supriya'… just call me Supriya. We're friends now, right? These formalities don't suit us. And honestly, girls don't really like being called 'Miss' all the time."
Outside the clinic
Just then—
Anshika and Seema finally reached the clinic.
They parked the car and stepped out.
The first thing they noticed—
Was the glowing name above the building.
"Looks like Om has officially named his clinic… and even got the logo done. Nice,"
Seema said with a smile.
Anshika stood still, looking at it.
In bold letters—
PEACE CLINIC
The name softly glowing.
A smile appeared on her face.
"It suits him perfectly… calm and peaceful, just like him."
"Yeah yeah, admire it later,"
Seema said, grabbing her hand.
"Come fast before Supriya's influence starts working on your Om."
And without wasting another second—
Both of them hurried inside.
Their faces filled with urgency.
And a growing sense—
That something was about to go very wrong.
