Chapter 176 - The Chase Through Delhi

Without wasting another second, Om grabbed the bike Sanaya had given him and sped after the man in black.

The superbike roared through the Delhi streets like a beast unleashed.

Om was riding at insane speed, weaving through traffic without slowing down even once. A few minutes later, he finally spotted a bike ahead of him moving strangely slow.

It was him.

The man in black.

And somehow, Om could feel it…

The guy was waiting for him.

Om immediately pulled his bike closer, but the moment the masked man noticed him, he simply smiled, casually waved goodbye with one hand… and suddenly accelerated away at full speed.

Night had completely fallen over Delhi.

The roads were packed with traffic, horns screaming from every direction, but in the middle of that chaos, two bikes were tearing through the city like predators.

One chasing.

One playing.

It almost looked like a deadly game of Tom and Jerry.

Every time Om got close enough to grab him, the masked rider slipped away again.

Again.

And again.

For the first time in a long while, Om felt something bitter rising inside him.

Failure.

And deep down, he knew the truth—

The man was doing all this on purpose.

Anger flashed across Om's face.

He twisted the throttle harder and pushed the bike to its limit, trying to catch him at any cost. Both of them had completely stopped caring about traffic rules now. Cars screeched, people shouted, and headlights flashed everywhere as the two riders stormed through Delhi like maniacs.

People on the roads could only stare in shock as they watched them perform insane stunts, cutting through traffic at impossible speed.

It no longer looked like a chase.

It looked like war.

Then suddenly—

The masked rider did something impossible.

He drove his bike straight up onto a narrow wall at the corner of the road and started riding across it.

Om's eyes widened.

But this wasn't the time to hesitate.

Without thinking twice, he copied him and drove his own bike onto the wall as well.

Soon, both of them left the crowded streets behind and entered a deserted area filled with broken roads and silent buildings.

Then finally, at a dead end surrounded by old structures, the masked man stopped his bike.

He stepped off casually and started looking around at the ruined buildings nearby as if he had all the time in the world.

A few seconds later, Om arrived there too.

Breathing heavily, he got off his bike and glared at the masked man.

"You're good at playing cat and mouse… and those bike stunts too. But enough games now. Tell me who you are… and how you know about all this."

Hearing him, the masked man slowly turned around and laughed.

"Hahaha… there's no need for you to know who I am yet. And don't come charging at me in anger either. It won't change anything."

His tone suddenly became colder.

"You're still far too weak. At your current level… you can never defeat me."

Om frowned.

"Then get stronger. Train yourself."

Om couldn't fully understand his words anymore.

Frustrated, he lost patience and rushed toward him without thinking.

But the fight ended before it even truly began.

The masked man dodged every single attack effortlessly.

Like he was reading Om's movements before they even happened.

Then suddenly—

Boom!

A brutal punch slammed straight into Om's stomach.

Pain exploded through his body.

Om staggered backward, clutching his stomach while struggling to breathe.

The masked man looked down at him calmly.

"You're too weak… when you shouldn't be. Train yourself, Om. Otherwise, you won't survive."

Then his voice turned serious.

"Everyone wants that."

The moment Om heard those words, he froze.

"Everyone…?"

He immediately looked up—

But the masked man was gone.

Completely vanished.

Om quickly stood up and searched everywhere around him, but neither the man nor the bike was anywhere to be seen anymore.

It was like he had disappeared into thin air.

Frustrated, Om looked up at the dark sky before taking out the paper the man had given him earlier.

He read the line written on it once again.

"If you wish to find your grandfather… go toward the mountains. Toward the Aravalli Hills."

Om stared ahead blankly and muttered under his breath,

"Who the hell was he…?"

Meanwhile…

Far away from there, the masked rider finally arrived at an abandoned building on his bike.

The moment he parked, two other men dressed in black walked toward him.

Removing his mask with a grin, the man spoke casually,

"Your boy's fast."

The masked rider was none other than Adi.

Standing beside him was Vipul, while the third man still had his face hidden behind a mask.

Vipul looked at Adi seriously.

"He got the message, right?"

Adi nodded before casually grabbing a banana lying nearby and taking a bite.

"You know, mister… your son is impressive. And handsome too."

He laughed.

"But he's still childish… and completely unaware of his real powers. Still, I'll admit it — he gave me a hard time. For a moment, I actually thought he might catch me."

Then his expression became thoughtful.

"Looks like his training wasn't as intense as it should've been. Anyway, I gave him the hint about his grandfather… and also checked how far his powers have developed."

Adi leaned back lazily.

"But honestly, uncle… the kid still has a very long road ahead. Personally, I say the three of us should just go wipe those demons out ourselves. Why put pressure on the kid? Seriously, the three of us alone are enough to turn this world upside down."

Hearing that, Vipul and the masked man stayed silent for a moment.

Then Vipul smiled faintly before speaking in a deep voice,

"No. Without him… even the whole world together may not be able to defeat those demons."

His eyes darkened.

"Prophecies are never meaningless. They always carry a purpose. And my son's destiny carries one too. That's why he's the most important part of the prophecy."

Vipul slowly looked toward the night sky.

"He has to learn. He has to grow stronger. There will be times when he runs… falls… stops… and someday, flies."

Then his voice hardened.

"But no matter what happens… he must never give up."

He turned toward both of them.

"And remember this carefully… with great power always comes great responsibility."

Hearing him, both Adi and the masked man silently nodded in agreement.
