"Where are you taking me!" Sabrina yelled as she struggled out of their hold but they kept holding her tight and dragging her roughly,
Sabrina could see lots of people standing and everywhere was lit with fire, she knew they were all witches. They pulled her to the middle where a table was placed and made her lay on it before tying her to it.
Sabrina struggled but she couldn't escape them, she was really panicking now, her eyes kept looking around at all the witches standing when suddenly her eyes met someone else's and her eyes widen,
The person grinned, was that really..... Rosaline? She saw Rosaline standing among the witches, what was she doing there? Was she with them? Or did she come to save her? But it didn't seem so as she was standing with them and smiling.
"Rosaline....." As if she heard her voice, Rosaline walked close to where she laid on the table and stood next to her,
"You must be wondering what I'm doing here?" Rosaline spoke with a grin on her face, she loved the look she was seeing on Sabrina's face and was happy to see that she had been tortured and wasn't looking good because they didn't feed her,
"Have you come to save me?" Sabrina asked not wanting to believe that she was with them. The witches just stared at them, grinning,
Rosaline laughed, a harsh one, "Is that what you think?" She grinned, "I mean come on you must have already had your answer, don't act dumb,"
"So you are with them," Sabrina finally said and saw Rosaline just smiling, "Why would you do this to me and How.... How did you know what I was?" Sabrina was shocked to see Rosaline here, because that meant she knew what Sabrina was and it must have been for a while now,
"It's a long story but I don't think my friends here would mind me telling you the story," she laughed before revealing all to her.
So it was Beth that exposed her to Rosaline and Rosaline had tried to poison her and now she had joined forces with the witches to kill her, just because she was jealous of the love and care Lucian was giving her.
"He loves you too, you will always be in his heart as you were the one who he fell for first -"
"You keep your mouth shut, you snatched my husband away from me! We were doing fine together even without a child, then you came in and ruined it all," Rosaline spoke totally in rage, "You should die with you illegitimate child so that my family can leave peacefully again,"
"Lucian won't be happy with you for doing this, he would hate you-" Sabrina couldn't complete her sentence as Rosaline slapped her hard across the face. Sabrina could feel the metallic taste in her mouth, she winced in pain.
"He is my husband, and he wouldn't even find out about any of this because you would be dead and wouldn't be able to him," she glared with hatred in her eyes for Sabrina before turning to Nora, "I think it's time now to put our lovely queen mermaid to sleep," she grinned and Nora smiled back in response.
Nora walked forward standing beside the table where Sabrina laid, staring at the young girl she has come to know to be powerful,
"Tonight is the night of the full moon," Nora started raising her voice for all to hear as she made eye contact with each and everyone of her allies, "This is the night were we make ourselves powerful beyond any other creatures living in these lands by sacrificing the queen mermaid and her unborn child," the witches listened with eagerness for the power to come, as Nora stepped away to allow Aires who walked forward with a dagger in her hand,
Sabrina saw Rosaline standing just beside a tree and watching them with delight on her face,
Sabrina's heart skipped a beat when she saw the dagger and Aires coming closer till she stood beside her,
"This might hurt a bit," Aires said as she smiled at Sabrina, who could feel sweat tickling down her face, was this really the end of her?
"You don't have to do this, Aires, your sister won't be happy with this, if you stop now the mer folks along with your sister will forgive you," Sabrina said, hoping that would change the sorceress mind but instead her grin just widen even more.
"I actually don't care about that. I don't want to serve you or your generation, I want to be served instead and that's what going to happen once I'm done with you," she said before turning to Nora and signalling them to start the ritual which they did.
Sabrina also noticed that those two witches that always torture in the cage were nowhere to be found, which meant they were the ones sent to go attack in the ocean but how? They weren't mermaids! She needed to escape to save her folks but she isn't even able to save herself and her unborn child yet, she thought as tears rolling down her cheeks. Aires who stood beside her grinned while looking up at the full moon, she then nodded for the witches to start drawing the patterns.
A round and huge circle was drawn covering all the witches along with Sabrina, then they drew a star round the table Sabrina was laid on, then positioned themselves round inside the circle, holding each other's hand as they started the incarnation,
"You don't have to do this, please," Sabrina pleaded with her heart raising and Aires just laughed.
"I have to. And you know what, we could have made use of a lamb like we always did but making use of you will gain us endless power that will make us higher than any other creatures living in this planet," Aires explained to her as she slowly raised her hand with the dagger, "Now dear close your eyes so it wouldn't hurt much, though I can't promise that it won't hurt at all cause that would make me a terrible liar," she grinned while Sabrina gulped staring at the dagger,
