While that was happening on land, in the ocean, Airen was in her chamber attending to the folks matter when suddenly a mer man who was a guard swam in in haste, Airen frowned,
"Why do you rush in my chamber, Derick?" Airen asked,
The man was about to talk in a rush, "Sir-"
He couldn't complete the sentence as he was suddenly shot by an arrow, that had Airen eyes go wide and she quickly stood up from where she was sitting, swimming close to the dead and floating mer man, she halt when she saw someone swim in, this wasn't a mermaid, Airen thought to herself as she frowned,
"Who are you? And what do you want? Why do you come to our ocean?" Airen asked in a demanding tone,
The strange looking mermaid who had scaly skin that was dark green in colour, strange looking tail, and it's face was ugly, it's teeth jagged and ugly too, the creature grinned,
"Too many questions at once, which will I have to answer first?" It said. The creature was none other than Elsa.
"Why don't you start from the first one," Airen spoke glaring at the creature who grinned,
"Well I'm Elsa and what I want? It's to kill you all, and why I and my sisters are here in your home is of course to kill you all," Elsa laughed out loud,
That was when Airen heard the mer folks screaming in pain outside, the sounds of sword clashing and little mer child too crying as their parents were being killed, Airen snapped to look at the siren,
"You are no siren. You along with your sisters are witches, who work with my evil sister and have come to carry out a sacrifice on us," Airen stated which earned her a nod from the witch.
"Smart. And also don't think your lovely queen mermaid will come save you because she has been caught and surely dead by now on land,"
On land Sabrina suddenly felt pain, she heard agonizing screams in her head which hurt her so much that she screamed out loud, which Aires saw and smiled as she saw Sabrina's eyes turn white, she screamed more in pain as tears rolled down the sides of her eyes in speed, what was happening to her! She could hear her folks screams and pains! They were being hurt! She felt she was loosing her mind already and wasn't herself anymore, she kept screaming.
And in the sea Airen was shocked at what Elsa explained,
"That's not true, it cannot be," she said,
"Well it is," Elsa replied swimming close to her while Airen swam back slowly, "Now enough talk, it's time to end your own life too so that I can get out of your slimy and disgusting water," Elsa glared as she attacked Airen who attacked her back.
The fight begin in the ocean with both the witches and the mermaids killing each other,
Sabrina who didn't know what was going on anymore as she had lost her mind and was fully active as a mermaid, her white eyes wasn't turning back and stayed the same colour. Aires had raised the dagger ready to end her miserable life,
"You wouldn't dare do that," Sabrina heard the voice and immediately more tears began to trickle down her eyes as if she could sense the person even though she lost her mind, she could still hear the screams and she was also screaming "Drop the dagger now, I don't wanna repeat myself, woman," Lucian spoke with a cold and deadly look on his face.
The witches were all shocked to see him and he wasn't alone, he came with some of the council men too and then Lord Malcolm too was present. Rosaline who didn't know that she had already been caught quickly hid herself behind the tree,
Lucian stood a few steps along with the rest away from them, he noticed that the witches were being protected by something as he could clearly see the shield,
"What can you do, my Prince?" Nora spoke with a grin on her face, "This place is heavily covered, so you can pass through us,"
"Hmph, watch me," Lucian said as he raised one leg up and took one step, then another, Nora stared at him with widened eyes and so were the other witches shocked, even Aires and Rosaline. Sabrina kept screaming not knowing what was happening around her,
"Quick, stab her!" Nora ordered for Aires to quickly raise her hand ready to end Sabrina's life along with her baby when suddenly she felt someone's hand round her neck. Lucian had already stepped in and his clothes had been burned by the shield leaving him in tattered clothing. Aires eyes widen and as if Sabrina noticed him, her eyes went back for a brief second as she looked at him in pain, he smiled at her. He missed those eyes so much.
And in a blink of eye, Lucian killed the sorceress by digging his hand into her chest and bringing out her heart, everyone's mouth was left opened except from Theodore and Lord Malcolm who was already used to it, Lord Malcolm smiled, so this girl had won Lucian's heart, he thought.
