Back to the present, Lucian turned to face Theodore with a grin on his face, "Tell them I won't be visiting anytime soon as I have a friend's birthday to attend to," he said before looking outside the window again.
"Logan's birthday is approaching soon," Theodore informed, Logan was the name of Lucian son with Rosaline. Lucian smiled on hearing his son's name. The boy had grown up fine because he hadn't missed a chance to see his son. The boy had blonde hair like his mother and deep red eyes but Logan had grown up different from how his mother would have wanted, he was mostly quiet but very intelligent and smart like his father and was always carrying a serious face on and didn't talk to other children his age. Lucian grinned,
"Of course I wouldn't miss my son's birthday for even the world," Lucian responded and Theodore was already sure he wouldn't miss this one because he had never missed any either.
Lucian turned back to look out of the window when the black haired woman's picture came to him, those green eyes that were magical..... He just smiled and closed his eyes. Sabrina where are you? And how's our child? Lucian asked in his mind.
Far far away from Hallow, deep in the ocean where the ocean creatures live, in the kingdom of Atlanta where the mermaids have started living a free and protected life with their new Queen who had been with them for quite sometime now, protecting them from any evil creature out there,
In the kingdom of Atlanta, at the playground for kid, sat a girl, she had silver hair and dark deep red eyes, she was a pretty young girl of the age nine, she sat and stared at the other mermaid children play together, she also was a mermaid with silver tail,
"Look at her," one of the mermaid child said, she had brown hair and eyes as they all glared at the silver haired girl who just sat on her own, she looked unhappy as they stared at her in hatred, "Look at her pitiful face, I'm telling you don't fall for it!" Then they all laughed. There were three girls and two boys there,
"Who would fall for that, ila, the person must be blind then," the other girl spoke with green eyes,
"Don't be mean," the silver haired girl stood up with a frown on her pretty face, "Why won't you all play with me? I have never done anything to wrong to any of you," she said sadly,
"No?" Ila said with a grin on her face, "You haven't but we can't afford you doing something if we allowed you to play with us," then they burst into laughter again and that made the girl look down sad. Ever since she was born, the people in Atlanta had looked at her in disgust and fear,
"Just look at those fangs!" A boy among them exclaimed making the girl who hadn't noticed the fang come out again quickly hide it while the rest swam away from her. She hated those fangs, she just didn't know why she had them or the strange color eyes or hair....
In annoyance she swam home quickly to her mother and her mother's assistance, the only people who truly love her and wasn't scared or ashamed of her, the little girl swam further into the royal palace and went into her mother's chamber to not find her there, then she went into the court room, where she saw her mother discussing with the magistrate,
"The supplies are going well so far, your majesty," the merman said before turning when he noticed the presence, he also thought the girl was strange but still she was their Queen's daughter so they all had to respect her or face consequences, he smiled at her,
"Genevieve, how are you doing today?" The man asked forcing a smile on his face,
"Terrible, Mister Derick," the little girl named Genevieve said with a sad look, "Mother...." She turned to look at her mother who already had a frown on her face,
Sabrina turned to look at the magistrate and said, "You may leave for now, we will discuss the rest some other time, keep up the good work," with that the magistrate quickly left which didn't go unnoticed to even Sabrina and the little girl. Sabrina faced her child then. The girl she had given birth to few months after she had arrived here in Atlanta to rule them permanently, she loved her daughter so much everyone knew and even she knew that people hated her daughter because of her hair color and eyes and the fact that she had fangs like the vampires but of course she should..... After all, her father is a vampire.
At the thought of Lucian, her heart skipped a beat, she had always thought of that man and missed him badly but she knew she just couldn't go back to him, it has been really long, he must have moved on with Rosaline and their child and she was content staying here with their gem which was Genevieve, she smiled,
"What's it now, my love?" Sabrina asked before raising her hand and Genevieve swam to her mother and sat on her lap, her mother had beautiful golden tail, "Why do you look so unhappy?"
"They won't play with me... Again," Eve said with a sad tone. Sabrina smiled understanding that ever since after birth, kids of her age had always not wanted to play with her but instead they bully her even if she wanted to be friends with them so badly
