After Verdath became a success, Azuria set out to make as many dragons as possible. Why did Azuria want such dragons? Because Nytri was anxious of what was ahead.
In the research facility where Verdath was made, more dragons are being made. Each with various abilities for various situations. There's even a dragon that spreads plague (Doesn't affect Azurians) and one that even its breath turns anything gold.
Currently, 14 dragons are being made. Verdath was taken outside for a few practice runs. He wished to not face Nytri, but after a few minutes of training. He really wanted Nytri to train him. An Azurian would clip his wings and drop him from high in the sky so he learns to land safely no matter the height. And a bunch of crazy things.
After a few days, 15 dragons are ready for action before Nytri in the research facility. Nytri observes them, "Not bad, not bad at all." She glances at Isa, "That fusion state you added was really impressive." Isa grins, "Of course, I put the unity in team."
Billa rubs a fire metal dragon, "Their combined power is no joke. They even managed to scratch me." She giggles. The dragons stare at her with one thought, "What kind of monsters are you?!" The dragons fused to face of Billa, a non-combat Azurian proficient in research. She fought all 15 dragons defeating them individually and in their fused state. Just for the record, their fused state is at level 400, Calamity Rank. And they lost to a non-combatant Azurian.
Nytri smiles wryly, "Maybe Billa wasn't the right person to test their combat skills. Her wisdom in finding weaknesses is frightening, guess researchers find weaknesses." Nytri walks to a raised stage before everyone.
Nytri glances across the room and her thoughts, "15 metal dragons, comparable to Calamity rank. Will they be enough? No, I shouldn't think like that. While there's time, they can still improve." Nytri speaks but her voice travels across the entire room, "Attention."
The dragons stand in attention staring at Nytri. Nytri speaks, "You're the first of independent constructs to be made. You're purposely made separate from Azuria's forces and as Earth's last line of defense."
Her words leave the astonished and their thoughts, "What could be so powerful that it can get past you. And that walking horror." They glance at Zephyr, he's eating ice cream by the corner.
Nytri smiles, "You're division will be named the Fyreborn Ashen Syndicate." The dragons stand with their heads held high and smiles plastered on their faces. Isa mumbles, "They're a Syndicate because they always came out as delinquents. Does that have to do with us? It's them right!"
The dragons bellow in unison, "We, the Fyreborn Ashen Syndicate will fulfill our role as defenders of Earth!" Nytri nods, "Good. But always remember, no matter where you go. Azuria will always be your home." She smiles warmly at them. The dragons blush, determined to protect...help Nytri. A dragon whispers, "Uhh, are we even strong to be a shield to her? If something can hurt her, it'll probably kill us instantly."
Nytri turns around, "You're dismissed!" she walks off the stage. Verdath turns to the dragon that whispered, "Our Creators made us to withstand anything. Even if something can hurt Boss Nytri, I'm certain our metal bodies can shield her."
Another dragon stares at an Azurian, "Honestly, when they aren't fighting, they're kinda cute." That dragon is using its tail to play with an Azurian. They keep conversing and Nytri glances at the dragons, "APPRAISAL." She looks away as a screen appears before her.
