Director Bru is merely the Police Chief, he does not enjoy the same privileges as the Mayor, and the reporters are not as "forgiving" towards him.
After he narrated those events, a reporter immediately asked, "Director Bru, why did you consider using deadly force to stop the crime rather than non-lethal means?"
"You have batons or other weapons that won't kill. Why did you choose to open fire instead of using those weapons?"
"Was there any special reason that led you to make this decision?"
"For instance, their refugee status."
Director Bru looked at the reporter and the badge hanging on his chest, then shook his head, "I do not understand the meaning and purpose behind your words. The reason I made these decisions was because they were destroying citizens' private property and attacking, injuring, and even killing innocent federal citizens."
