Unlike Chase's pure fighting spirit, Acnologia seemed furious, as if facing a sworn enemy. Veins bulged on his right arm.
With a roar, the swollen muscles in his arm exploded with power. He pushed Chase back, carving two trenches dozens of meters long into the ground.

He could not dodge. He crossed his arms to block.
The red fist hit his black arms. This time, Acnologia could not take it. He was sent flying. He crashed through ruins.
He landed in a cloud of dust.
The battlefield was quiet.
"Is that even possible? Just using their bodies?"
"His magic is being suppressed. And he is still that strong? They are both monsters!"

Edo Gildarts poked Edo Chase. "Is that really you?"
"How should I know?! I want to know why they are fighting!"
The setting sun cast long shadows. The smoke gave the sky island a somber mood.
Acnologia walked out of the ruins. His face was grim.
He stopped ten meters from Chase. He wiped the blood from his lip.
"You are different from the other Apostles of God who tried to invade this world."
"You are very different from the Acnologia I know," Chase said.
So, this Acnologia had been fighting "Apostles of God" here?
That would explain his strong body. Without his own experience, even with God Slayer magic, Chase would not be a match for him.

Chase took off his cape. His muscles were visible. The scar from Ignia was clear. It was an honor. And a challenge.

Acnologia took off his cape. He smiled.
He was not like the mad Acnologia of Earthland. He had lived here a long time. He might have guessed Chase was not an enemy.
But right now, he just wanted to fight.
"Come on!"
Chase raised his fists.
"Let us fight!"
Acnologia stepped forward.
The ground cracked. They charged.
Fists clashed. Shockwaves exploded.
No magic. No tricks. Just pure, brutal strength.
