A few more months later, Chivo is now stronger and more skillful than ever. His ice magic skills sharpen by the day, and he is now one of Ruslav's strongest soldiers. Also, by April 2, Basilio had a small ceremony in Ruslav's main temple-like auditorium with the Vamzoms to officiate Chivo's entry as a soldier to Ruslav.
Basilio had retained many of this ceremony's elements, as this ceremony had been a staple for the Vamzoms, and added one part where a newly graduated soldier would dress as Ruslav's new soldier with the Vamzoms' official military uniform in front of everyone. Ambroos, Benjamín, Agnieszka, and Aldona, as well as the current commander of Pantano, a young man named Cas Daniq, attended the ceremony while Chivo couldn't fully hide his excitement about this ceremony. Basilio gave a short speech to everyone in the ceremony and commended Chivo's determination as a result of his hard work.
Chivo luckily wears a light set of clothes in order to wear Ruslav's new set of military uniform shortly after this part of the event.
With that, the Vamzoms gave a set of their hooded, black and red military uniform complete with a pair of black, durable combat boots, a pair of thick, white gloves, and a leather belt with two slots for 1 sword and 1 pistol to Chivo for completing basic training as a soldier to Ruslav. As everyone applauded, Chivo was overjoyed and bowed his head a few times to everyone in front of him.
Then, after Chivo put on his new uniform, Agnieszka began taking pictures of Chivo with her smartphone.
Seeing that, Basilio was stunned, and he thought. "How did she get a phone in this world?" He didn't know that it had something to do with Chivo's secret knowledge of Otherworlders. But nevertheless, Basilio put that thought in the back of his mind and was happy for Chivo.
At the same time, Chivo is also one of the escorts of Basilio, especially in his travels and visits to the Dimwell Dukedom and Pantano's Cinjutun capital city.
Later that morning, all of them flew to Sárga Madár to see a training session of the Pantanoi military. It involved a few members of Pantano's Air Division and Royal Dragon Force. This training was unique because it involved a dragon rider and her dragon, a red fire dragon (S-ranked) and an AD helicopter pilot and his combat helicopter. The pilot fires Training Missiles, a special type of missiles that was design to explode midair within 5-7 seconds (depending on the range). The dragon rider was expected to dodge the missiles and commanded her dragon to attack the missiles with its fire breath. The sight was spectacular, and Ambroos revealed that the dragon rider was from within his administrative domain, and that she was one the finest riders in the Dimwell Dukedom.
Seeing that, Basilio was stunned while Benjamín cheered for the dragon rider.
Chivo even took a video of it with his older sister's phone.
Basilio's imagination drifted again to that existential crisis of Itami from "Gate".

Itami and his squad seen the show that break every military manual they ever followed. "This world is crazy!" Itami shrieked in despair, while Kurata thought of the cleverness of the training method.
Basilio doubled over hard. "Yeah, this world is weirder than you thought."

This time, Basilio was just daydreaming with a smile on his face instead of doubling over and almost losing his balance.
After the training session, everyone had lunch at Ambroo's estate that had a Romanesque palatial home and big gardens. Menu included the fantasy food stables, and Basilio and Juhani added a Filipino lechon (the biggest boar the Vamzoms could hunt in the surrounding forest). Benjamín added fried bratwurst as well. It was fun and full of high spirits.
However, two days after that, one party didn't like this new happening at all and was upset about not being called by Fresa de Ard when the Vamzoms attacked it on Basilio's 6th day of his life in this world. That party of adventurers was Chivo's ex-party, the Wolken Party, which was jealous that he got more attention in Fresa de Ard because of his bravery in stepping into Vamzom territory.
They started to harass him and his older sister and young niece for that, much to Basilio's annoyance whenever Basilio and his entourage came to Fresa de Ard with Chivo.
Chivo also worked full-time in his 3 positions in Basilio's nation of the Vamzoms. One of them, the hero Lenz Wolken, even made fun of Chivo for being a father to Aldona, even though she was his niece. Artem was really annoyed at the party, and Basilio really wanted to slap the faces of the party members. Even Fritzi and his party was always annoyed of Lenz and his party being jerks to his friends when they saw their antics in Fresa de Ard.
