Idan thought about Geminia's question for a while and found what he thought was a suitable answer.:

The tea Geminia had brewed before Idan arrived had already cooled down. While Idan was preoccupied with his thoughts, she decided to brew a fresh one.

After taking a sip of the freshly brewed tea that Gemini handed him, Idan decided to return to discussing the changes in Eleanor.
