As the Being of Red disappeared, Adam did not visibly relax.
There was still one more problem...
He looked toward the far edge of the area, where the red ocean had crashed into the ground once more. Standing atop the crimson waves, the other "Adam" looked back at him as well.
Shielding the trembling Guin behind him, who had begun crying after seeing him "die," Adam could only pat her head in an attempt to comfort her before slowly walking toward the other version of himself.
"Will we have to kill each other to pass this floor?"
He asked abruptly.
Adam obviously stood no chance.
His mana reserves were already quite low, although he was certain that his viewers would immediately help him restore it if necessary.
The gap in strength between them was still enormous, but it wasn't completely impossible either.
At worst, he could utilize the Red Sea again and force the two of them into a stalemate until he found an opportunity to win.
