If she could resolve the marriage issue herself, would I really need to work so hard to arrange it for her?"
She paused, took a slightly deep breath, and continued, "Neither of you siblings give me peace of mind. I'm almost worried sick about you two, yet you don't appreciate it at all."
Originally, Ryan Taylor intended to resolve matters concerning his sister and good friend, but didn't expect to get caught in the crossfire. To snap back would mean confronting his beloved mom; if he didn't snap back, he'd feel stiflingly uncomfortable inside.
