Elisabeth was overjoyed about being free from her blood-drinking urges for several hours straight.
Seeing it was getting late, Yuki decided to return to the Midgar Kingdom to rest.
Though he himself didn't need sleep, Akane was already exhausted and couldn't stop yawning.
"Let's go. We'll rest back in the Midgar Kingdom."
Yuki extended a hand toward Akane.
Akane yawned, nodded, and took Yuki's hand.
Meanwhile, Elisabeth finally snapped out of her excitement.
"Master! Are we leaving?"
Elisabeth walked over with light steps, bouncing slightly, and took Yuki's arm. Her crimson eyes sparkled brightly as she looked at him.
"Mhm."
"Let's go. Do you two need to pack anything?"
Yuki nodded slightly, asking the two with concern.
Hearing this, both Elisabeth and Mary shook their heads simultaneously.
"For me, I was just resurrected by you, so naturally, I don't have anything to pack."
Elisabeth answered softly.
Beside her, Mary quickly indicated the same.
She was a nomadic Vampire Hunter, essentially without a fixed home.
"Alright!"
Hearing this, Yuki nodded and didn't linger any longer.
With a light snap of his fingers, he opened a portal and brought the three women back to the Midgar Kingdom.
News of Yuki's return quickly reached the King.
He immediately came out to welcome him and, upon seeing the two additional beauties with Yuki this time, had a sudden moment of realization. Wisely, he arranged accommodations for Yuki to rest.
When Yuki's group was led by the palace servants to their arranged lodgings, Yuki found the King indeed very perceptive.
Because he hadn't arranged for two, three, or more rooms, he had arranged just one.
And this room was decorated very romantically, with an atmosphere perfect for... certain activities.
Looking at the room's decor and ambiance, particularly the large bed, Yuki felt somewhat speechless.
"Is this meant for all of us to squeeze in together?"
Yuki's expression stiffened slightly, the corner of his mouth twitching.
"Huh?"
Hearing this, Akane gasped, her pretty face immediately flushing.
"It... it wouldn't be impossible..."
Then, Akane murmured softly, her gaze wandering, not daring to look at the others nearby.
"Hehe, I think it's great!"
"Everyone sleeping together sounds wonderful!"
"Come on, Master, let's go together!"
Elisabeth, less shy, actively pulled Yuki's arm toward the bed.
She directly led Yuki to the bedside, sat him down, then lay down herself, completely relaxed.
"It's been so long since I've slept on such a soft bed!"
"It's really nostalgic!"
Elisabeth sighed with emotion.
Clearly, the Vampire Ancestor still missed her pre-sealed life quite a bit.
Seeing her Master like this, Mary felt somewhat helpless.
But thinking about sleeping beside a man she had just met... she was still somewhat shy.
Blushing, she slowly walked into the room.
Meanwhile, Akane kept mentally comforting and encouraging herself.
Then she followed inside.
The night passed without incident.
The next morning arrived.
Yuki got up early and went to the palace's dining hall for breakfast.
Seeing Yuki up so early, the King greeted him and also asked with concern whether Yuki had rested well last night.
Considering the single room he had arranged last night, Yuki naturally understood the implication.
Yuki simply nodded calmly, indicating it had been fine.
Actually, Yuki hadn't done anything last night; he had been used as a pillow by all three of them.
After finishing breakfast, Yuki strolled around the palace.
Under the King's swift actions yesterday, several nations had already been notified about the unification matter.
Though there was no reply yet, the King believed that once those countries investigated, particularly by sending people to the region Yuki had erased from the world, they would definitely take it seriously.
They might even voluntarily express willingness to join after witnessing Yuki's unfathomable, god-like methods.
Yuki told the King to proceed boldly and confidently. If anyone resisted, just let him know.
Hearing this, the King felt much more liberated in his actions.
Additionally, the Cult lurking within the Kingdom was now under his close surveillance.
Once the investigation began, it was alarming. The King was shocked by the Cult's infiltration.
Not only were many in the Knight Order Cult members, but even the Kingdom's most important talent development institution—the Midgar Academy for Dark Knights—harbored numerous Cult members.
Some were even new recruits guided into the Cult by existing members within the Academy.
Moreover, experimental research facilities had been established underground at the Academy.
Seeing these preliminary investigation results, Yuki wasn't surprised.
He already knew the Cult was like a cancer deeply embedded within the entire Kingdom.
Otherwise, in the original work, why would the King remain unmoved when the Second Princess, Alexia, repeatedly emphasized eradicating the Cult, instead dismissing it with "lack of evidence"?
Clearly, during that period, the King had already been controlled by the Cult.
But it was still early now; the Cult hadn't yet targeted the King.
So naturally, the King couldn't tolerate the Cult's continued activities.
"Ha!"
Alexia held her sword, posture straight, her sword movements extremely fast and fluid, sending several silver flashes through the air.
Clang!
A clean sheathing sound as the blade slid into the scabbard with a hum.
"Not bad."
Just as Alexia took a deep breath, a man's voice came from the side.
Alexia was startled for a moment, then turned her head to see Yuki, who had appeared at some point, smiling as he watched her.
Seeing Yuki, Alexia's eyes held complex emotions.
She had indescribable feelings toward Yuki.
Although he had personally shattered her illusions about her sister, she couldn't bring herself to hate him.
Because he truly was powerful; even her own sister admitted it.
As for the words Yuki had said earlier, although she didn't fully understand them, she could tell he was giving her guidance.
"What are you doing here?!"
Alexia placed her sword to the side and walked over to Yuki, asking curiously.
"Just wandering around."
"Seeing you practicing your sword here, I couldn't help but watch for a bit."
Yuki smiled slightly, looking at Alexia, who carried herself with an mature demeanor, finding it somewhat amusing.
"Oh!"
"So what do you think?"
"Of my swordsmanship."
"How does it compare to my sister's?"
Alexia's brows slightly raised as she asked the question she cared about most.
Yuki shook his head, calmly replying:
"Compared to your sister's, your sword is... Ordinary."
"Huh? Ordinary?!"
Hearing Yuki's evaluation, Alexia's expression immediately soured.
Clearly, this assessment didn't meet her expectations.
