After becoming the Human Devil, his physical appearance has changed quite a lot. He became taller, paler, and supernaturally more attractive. He now has platinum blonde hair with multi-ringed blue eyes with a golden hue. For reference, he closely resembles the image below.

-Devil Physiology (Chainsaw Man–Type):
General Abilities:
Rein possesses all the standard abilities of a Chainsaw Man–type Devil. These include Fear Empowerment (rooted in the concept of "Humans"), regeneration through blood consumption, supernatural physical attributes, contract creation, and devil reincarnation.
Because the structure of Hell in the DxD world differs from that of the Chainsaw Man universe, Rein's reincarnation follows a unique rule: whenever he is killed, he will reincarnate on Earth, but his memories and personality will reset completely.
Rein does not possess a "soul" in the human sense. Instead, his existence is centered around a conceptual core, the embodiment of a feared concept given physical form.
As such, the only true way to permanently kill him would be to erase his concept from existence itself, such as through Pochita's erasure ability.
Unique Abilities:
These are abilities unique to him as the Human devil.
-Shapeshifting:
Rein can freely alter his physical form, assuming any appearance he wants as long as it's human enough. He can also shift between genders, though he strongly prefers staying male because of his original identity. Also, the effectiveness of his mimicry scales with his overall strength and fear.
-Devil Possession
By making physical contact, Rein can possess any devil (CSM) or entity whose core concept is deeply linked to, or human-made in nature. By possessing a devil, Rein essentially becomes one with them. Upon activation, he can assume direct command of the host's body, allowing him to do whatever he can using their body. Though he can also willingly choose to allow his targets to regain control while they are still merged.
Furthermore, he can empower his hosts by boosting their capabilities to 120% of their maximum potential, making them stronger and much more efficient than their former selves.
While his dominance over the host is near-absolute, it is not perfect. Devils who are conceptually stronger than him can exert their own will to fight for partial control.
Additionally, merging with a more powerful devil comes with a dangerous side effect: their primal devil impulses will begin to cloud Rein's rationality if he is not careful, with the mental corruption scaling directly with the host devil's strength.
