Ororo said, "They are guests, Pietro, and they had a very good reason to come here, Pietro. You cannot just ask for a spar or a challenge."
Pietro crossed his arms and tilted his head and pouted. He looked like a kid who had just been told he could not have dessert before dinner.
"Hey, these guests from what I hear started a fight," Pietro said. He pointed toward the lawn where the grass was still torn up and craters dotted the ground. "I mean, come on. The kids said that a big green guy was throwing Logan around like a rag doll. That is not exactly a friendly hello."
Ororo shook her head. "It was our mistake to initiate a fight. They had a very good reason to come here. It was our mistake and some miscommunication that led to a squabble between us."
Kakashi thought with a wry smile, 'A squabble? Hulk was smashing that Logan guy and he would have been dead if not for his regeneration.'
Ororo continued in her calm, steady voice. "And it was us who started the fight. So we are the ones at mistake."
Pietro blew raspberries. The sound was loud and childish. "Fineee."
He then said, "But I hear that the hero of World War Two, Captain America, is alive and is here. Is that true?!!"
Nightcrawler, who had been standing nearby with his tail wrapped around his leg, nodded quickly. His yellow eyes were bright with excitement. "Yup, it is true. The legendary man in all his glory is here. The super soldier in his uniform is here. We did not recognise him at first but after he introduced himself and when we remembered how he looked in the story books, we recognised him. Although, he is not the Captain America of our universe."
Pietro was nodding at every word. His head moved up and down so fast it almost blurred. Then he stopped suddenly. His eyes went wide. "What do you mean not of this universe?!!"
Nightcrawler opened his mouth to explain. He raised one blue finger as if starting a long story.
Ororo cut in before he could speak. "We will chat later. Our guests would be here for a while. Professor had given them a request to help train X-Men as well as kids some. They will be staying here for some time. These guys are quite skilled and good."
Pietro wanted to find out more about this alternate universe thing because he thought it was something important. But before he could ask anything, Ororo's next words made him excited for whatever she said.
"Maybe you can have a spar with them in front of the kids to teach them and the other X-Men."
Pietro's face lit up like a child who had just been told he could stay up late. He bounced on his toes. His eyes sparkled.
"You would be there right?" Pietro asked. His voice went up at the end. It almost cracked with hope. He had a huge crush on Ororo. Who could blame him? The woman was built like a goddess and he wanted to impress her.
Ororo just nodded. She tried to hide her small smile.
Pietro pumped his fist, ready to show off a little.
Kakashi had agreed to train the X-Men as well as guide a few mutant kids after Charles noticed that their asses were kicked in the fight with the Avengers.
Charles had approached Kakashi with a request. "Your team is impressive. Your skills are unlike anything we have seen. If you are willing, we would be grateful for any guidance you could offer our students and our team. They have great potential. But they lack experience against opponents of your level. Besides, it would take me some time to find Erik."
Kakashi had considered it for a moment. They did not have anything better to do while they waited for Charles to locate Magneto.
So he had agreed. "I will help while we wait."
As they walked through the mansion halls toward the training area, Kakashi asked, "Are all mutants in similar strength? I am not asking in relation to how destructive their abilities are. I am asking how powerful can their ability be supportive, defensive or offensive."
Ororo answered as they walked. "Well, not all mutants have similar strength. We have classified the power level of each mutant. They are categorised into three power levels: Beta, the most mutants are here. Even some in the X-Men like Kurt aka Nightcrawler despite his teleportation he is ranked here. Alpha level mutants are little stronger like Logan."
She continued. "Finally, Omega level mutants are very strong. Their abilities are on a whole other level compared to other alpha or beta mutants with the same ability. For example, an omega-level telekinetic could move and entire house. An alpha-level one might lift a car. A beta-level one might move small objects."
She took a breath. "Of course, through sufficient training, ability usage or some other means a mutant can enhance their ability potential from beta to alpha or from alpha to even omega. According to Professor, Erik was only an alpha tier mutant but with how often he used it in the fights and training his ability, he managed to become an Omega level mutant."
"Professor himself is an alpha level telepath but with the use of Cerebro, he has the power level of a top level Omega telepath," Ororo finished.
Pietro who was walking with them snorted. "Omega levels are not that strong. They classify me as an alpha level and I can kick Bobby's ass any day."
Kakashi thought, 'He is not an Omega level with that speed?'
Ororo said, "Pietro here is right. While he can beat Bobby now, he would not be able to outrun the future. This categorisation also includes their future potential."
She glanced at Bobby aka Iceman who was walking behind them. "Bobby will be much stronger than he is right now with his control over ice going much further."
Natasha asked, "Apart from Iceman are there any Omega levels in X-Men?"
Pietro answered with a grin. "Well Ororo is here an Omega level. You are lucky she did not go all out in the fight against you guys probably because her ability can be quite destructive and she did not want to destroy the school."
Ororo ignored the praise and said, "Jean is also an Omega level telepath according to the professor."
Kakashi internally thought as he looked at the red hair girl, 'No, there is no way that girl is just Omega level. From the feeling that I am getting from her, she is way stronger.'
He looked sideways to the red-haired girl. Jean walked a little behind the group. Kakashi's instincts, sharpened by years of battle and survival, told him she had not used her full powers during the earlier battle.
'Lets just find Erik and Wanda fast and get back to our world. This world has too many variables and things that I don't understand.' Kakashi thought with a sigh.
