"What sort of negotiating tactic is that?" The leader asked back.
"Who said we were negotiating?" Rowena replied happily as she continued to inspect her nail before adding, "I can kill you anytime I want, I'm just trying to make this more interesting."
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): She's so cruel, I love it and I love her.]
[LadyErkath (Alastor): I can't remember the last time I saw her enjoying herself so much.]
[OfficialKasumi (Aqua Primus): Neither can I.]
[Whitehorn (Darah 5): Maybe it's her natural instinct as a predator that's causing her to have so much fun.]
[NonpareilRaphilia (Aaru): You might be right. The known universe might not be a safe place, but as a model, Rowena doesn't exactly fight often.]
"Interesting?" The leader asked.
"Well, you see, as the universe's top model, I don't exactly get into many confrontations like this, unless you count the confrontations I have with my fiancé in the bedroom," Rowena remarked with a predatory smile before adding, "So this is a breath of fresh air for me."

"Top model? Are you a model? Is that like your cover identity when you're secretly a hitman?" The leader asked.
"No, I'm just a model, though being a hitwoman sounds kinda fun," Rowena replied thoughtfully.
"You're nuts," The leader said angrily.
"And you're rude," Rowena said as her smile turned into a frown before her voice turned more dangerous as she said, "Two choices, the easy way or the painful way."
"What painful way?" The leader asked.
"I'm happy you asked," Rowena replied happily as her frown was once again replaced with a smile.
[Justiceistruth (Earth): I can't keep track of her emotions.]
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): That's women in general, mate.]
"The easy way is you tell me who hired you and I kill you quick," Rowena declared.
"I asked about the painful way," The leader stated angrily.
"I know, but I saw it in one of Earth's movies once that you have to explain both ways for dramatic effect," Rowena replied.
[Noobkiller9000 (Earth): Dramatic effect? Really? This isn't a movie.]
[OfficialKasumi (Aqua Primus): No, it's better than some recent movies.]
"Earth movies?" The leader asked in confusion.
"Didn't I mention? I'm not from Earth but another planet, I believe the term you Earthlings use is alien," Rowena declared proudly.
"You're crazy,"
"Crazy for my fiance, perhaps," Rowena replied as she licked her lips before saying, "The difficult way includes electrocution, the draining of your blood, slowly and the slow disintegration of your body parts by dragon fire."
"Dragon fire?" The leader asked in disbelief.
"Oh, yeah," Rowena replied before explaining. "Normally, a dragon breath will just eliminate anything in front of it, such as what happened to two of your colleagues earlier, judging by the light I saw.
However, skilled dragons can limit the amount of breath they release and slowly disintegrate an individual's body as a form of torture or punishment. Now Tephe's a bit young to be able to do that, but I'm sure she will learn it quickly while practising on you."
As she finished speaking, Rowena moved towards the back of the van while spinning the force staff in her hands with a happy smile.
"You don't actually expect me to believe that, do you?" The leader asked in disbelief.
"Not really," Rowena replied before she aimed her force staff at the van's rear door and fired a blaster bolt.
The blaster bolt hit the rear door of the van and created a small hole in it, and bullets soon started to fly out of it.
Rowena had dodged to the side right after firing the blaster bolt, as she had anticipated the attack as soon as the hole was made.
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Sounds like a Heckler and Koch MP5 submachine gun, which is standard issue for SWAT.]
[HackerSu (Trillion): SWAT?]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Stands for Special Weapons and Tactics. It's a special division of American law enforcement.]
As the bullets shot out of the hole, Rowena leaned against the side of the van and took out a stun pellet from her pocket.
[NonpareilRaphilia (Aaru): A stun pellet. So that's her plan.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): So no torture?]
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): The stun pellet only knocks the targets out, remember, so torture is still an option.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Phew, that's good.]
[Justiceistruth (Earth): There is something mentally wrong with you.]
As the bullets finally stopped flying out of the hole from the back of the van, Rowena activated the stun pellet and threw it through the hole as the sound of the leader changing magazine clips was heard.
"What the f…" The leader began before a bright flash suddenly shone out of the hole for a brief moment before fading.
"Well, it seems Adam is the exception when it comes to the capabilities of most Earth men," Rowena remarked.
"Give them a little credit. It's not like they have ever had to deal with alien tech before," Adam's voice suddenly said as he approached the van along the street.
"Done already? Where are Stacey and Lorelie?" Rowena asked as she turned to him with a smile.
"Yeah, they decided to go with team Tephe and that bright light allowed me to get the drop on my targets," Adam replied before asking, "What was that anyway?"
"Most likely Tephe is using her breath attack," Rowena replied with a shrug.
"Seriously?" Adam asked with a sigh before adding, "Why even ask for a force staff then?"
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): That's what I asked.]
"Probably because you have one," Rowena replied with a wink.
"I guess," Adam replied before asking, "Did you kill him?"
"Of course not, you asked me to keep him alive after all," Rowena declared.
"Thanks," Adam replied before giving her a quick kiss, which Rowena happily accepted.
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): Well, I guess that definitely confirms their dating.]
[LadyErkath (Alastor): Did you doubt my words?]
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): I just find it kind of crazy.]
[LadyErkath (Alastor): I can't really fault you there.]
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): So jealous.]
[OfficialMuriel (Aqua Primus): Seems Diva Rowena doesn't shy from displays of public affection.]
[OfficialKasumi (Aqua Primus): She never did. Though the limit of public affection depends on her affection for the individual in question.]
[RealOtaku (Earth): Why does that make it sound like she's a target in some dating sim game?]
"Well, let's see what information this van and leader can tell us," Adam said after he broke the kiss and began to approach the van while Rowena followed behind with a happy smile.
"What was that, Tephe?" Stacey asked in exasperation.
"What?" Tephe asked with a pout.
"Why did you suddenly unleash your dragon breath? You could have hit us," Stacey stated as she crossed her arms.
"Hmph, I didn't like the way they looked at me," Tephe continued to pout while turning her head away.
"You're such a kid," Stacey said with a sigh.
Tephe's head snapped in her direction as she glared at her before saying, "Excuse me? When you're five hundred years older than I am, then you can start calling me a kid; until then, you have no right."
"Ok, ok, that's enough, you two," Lorelie said with a smile before turning to Stacey and saying, "You wouldn't like any man other than Adam looking at you like that."
Stacey nodded and looked at Tephe apologetically, but before she could apologise, a voice came from the house door.
"What the hell did you do to my back garden?" Emma asked in shock as she stared at the patch of bare ground that was flickering with flames where grass used to be.
"About that, let me explain," Lorelie said with an apologetic smile as she walked over and stood in front of Emma.
However, as Lorelie was about to continue speaking, Eri suddenly heard Spector speak up from her earing.
[[ALERT! ACTIVATING DEFENSIVE FORM!]]
As the girls and chat were all waiting to hear Lorelie's explanation, they were suddenly surprised when her outfit changed into armour that was almost identical to Adam's anti-gravity.
Before any of the women could say anything or the chat could type anything, they all saw sparks from something impacting Lorelie's head armour before they heard the sound of the impact and a gunshot.
"SNIPER!" Aphrodite yelled while diving towards Lorelie and Emma and barreling them back through the house doorway and into the house.
[[Sniper position located at seven oclock, four hundred and thirty-eight meters away.]]
"TEPHE!" Eri shouted before she turned and dashed off in the direction Spector had dictated.
Tephe flared her wings before flying off after Eri while asking, "Where are we going?"
"Spector just informed me where the sniper is," Eri replied as she dashed across the lawn before leaping into the air and easily clearing the garden fence.
