Chapter 712 - Chapter 712: Planaticia Acadimia

Acadimia Galaxy, Planaticia Acadimia.

A spatial tear opened above the planet before an enormous purple dragon emerged from it.

As the tear closed behind her, Deirlo looked down at the planet below her, which had an artificial ring encircling it, before she began to circle the planet while avoiding the nearby spaceships.

Eventually, she seemed to arrive above the part of the planet she was looking for as she quickly dived towards the surface and entered the atmosphere.

After passing through the atmosphere, Deirlo flared her wings slightly as she slowed her descent and levelled out before banking towards a selection of buildings where hundreds of individuals of different races were moving between.

As she flew overhead, those travelling below her couldn't help but look up and stare in surprise as they saw the large purple dragon above them before a series of sonic booms occurred.

Deirlo and everyone on the ground turned and looked in the direction of the sonic booms to see three fighters of various designs flying quickly towards Deirlo.

The fighters flew past Deirlo before turning sharply in the air as they slowed down and approached Deirlo again.

"Purple Dragon, this is the Planaticia Acadimia disciplinary committee. Your presence on the planet is unregistered, and flight above populated areas is restricted to your humanoid form only. Identify yourself," A voice from the lead fighter suddenly ordered.

Deirlo flared her wings and came to a stop, hovering in midair while the fighters did the same.

Deirlo's body was then suddenly covered in a purple light as her form began to change, and shortly after, the purple light faded away as her humanoid form appeared.

Deirlo flicked her long purple hair over her shoulder before declaring in a loud enough voice that those on the ground below could hear, "Former Student Council President Deirlo."

As she finished her introduction, she noticed those who were watching from below showed looks of surprise before turning to their friends as discussions about her began.

"President Deirlo?"

"What's she doing back? Didn't she graduate several years ago?"

"You're right, I wasn't expecting to see her before the anniversary celebrations."

"As the student council president, you would think she would know better than to fly in her true form."

"Well, you know that members of the student council and disciplinary committee get special exceptions on certain matters."

"True, but she's no longer a member of the student council."

"President Deirlo!" The lead pilot repeated in surprise. "As a former president, you should know better than to fly over populated areas in your true form."

"My apologies, but I have only just passed through the atmosphere," Deirlo explained.

"Might I ask why you're back on Planaticia Acadimia? I was not informed about a former president's visit," The lead pilot asked.

"I came here to speak with Teacher Jeron; my decision is rather last-minute, and he is unaware of my coming," Deirlo explained.

"Understood. I remind you that registration at the planet's orbital ring is required before entry onto the planet if authorised," The lead pilot replied.

"Yeah, my bad," Deirlo replied in embarrassment. "In my rush, I forgot that."

"As the former student council, I will let this incident slide this time. However, you are to report to the student council officers and register your arrival on the planet," The lead pilot ordered. "Also, please don't let this happen again."

"I understand and thank you for your understanding," Deirlo said thankfully.

"Good day, then, President Deirlo, and welcome back to Planaticia Acadimia," The lead pilot said before all three fighters engaged their thrusters and flew away.

Deirlo watched them fly away before giving her wings a powerful flap, which propelled her towards the ground and the building she was heading towards.

Just after landing in front of the building, Deirlo found herself surrounded by individuals who greeted her excitedly.

"Welcome back, President."

"President Deirlo, welcome back."

"You look even more radiant than the last time I saw you, President Deirlo."

"Why are you here, President? We didn't expect to see you until the anniversary celebration."

Deirlo smiled before saying, "Thank you, thank you. I'm here today to pay a visit to Teacher Jeron; however, I'm in rather a rush, so I'm afraid I will have to ask you all to excuse me."

As she finished addressing the crowd, Deirlo waved at them before making her way towards the building entrance.

After passing the entrance door, Deirlo turned and walked with purpose down one of the halls where students were mingling around, talking to each other, or looking at holographic notice boards on walls that told about upcoming classes or events.

As expected, the students turned and watched the purple-haired beauty as she passed and made her way towards one door in particular.

As she arrived before a door which had a sign on the wall beside it saying, 'Teacher Jeron's Classroom,' Deirlo pushed the door open and entered.

After pushing open the door, Deirlo entered quietly as she noticed that there was currently a class in session.

In the very centre of the large classroom was a rotating holographic projection of a dragon in its true form, and surrounding the holographic projection were several rows of desks, each of which a student sat at while taking notes on holographic screens.

Along their walls were large holographic screens giving detailed information on the dragon race.

Circling the holographic projection was a handsome male individual with purple hair who was giving an explanation on the different dragon aspects.

As the teacher circled the holographic projection and his eyes swept over the students, he suddenly noticed that someone was standing at the entrance of the classroom, causing him to pause in surprise.

After getting over his momentary surprise, the teacher broke out in a smile before saying, "Well, now this is an unexpected surprise.

Class, it seems one of my race as well as the former student council president has decided to grace us with a visit today."

As the class turned to follow where the teacher was looking, they broke out in excited murmurs as they saw Deirlo.

"Apologies for the interruption, Teacher Jeron," Deirlo said politely.

"Haha," Teacher Jeron laughed before asking, "To what do we owe the pleasure, former President Deirlo?"

"I wished to discuss something Lord White said during the final days of his life," Deirlo replied.

"Oh?" Jeron replied curiously.

"Teacher, who is this Lord White President Deirlo speaks of?" One of the students suddenly asked.

"You dumbass, how have you never heard of the Dragon Progenitor?"

"Alright, calm down," Jeron said with a chuckle. "Lord White, or just White, was the very first Dragon born into the universe and like his name, he was a White Dragon. He was born shortly after Lord Omniel and the Demon King."

The students murmured before one of them asked, "How did he die, sir?" Jeron sighed while shaking his head before saying, "Honestly, no one is quite sure, though we believe it was most likely due to his madness."

"Madness?" A student asked in surprise.

"Many years before his death, Lord White got into a confrontation with Cthu…" Jeron began but was cut off as many of the class gasped upon hearing the name.

"When you say Cthu, are you referring to the Cthulhu Progenitor, sir?"

"That is correct," Jeron replied. Cthu is thought to be the third oldest being in the universe, after Lord Omniel and the Demon King."

"So he is even older than Lord White was?" Another student asked.

"Not by much, but yes, though, as with almost all progenitors, we are not exactly sure what gender Cthu is," Jeron replied. "Now, where was I? Oh yes. Many years before his death, a confrontation occurred between some of the youngsters of my Dragon race and the Cthulhu race."

"What caused the confrontation?" A student asked.

"Would you stop interrupting him and let him tell the story already?" Another snapped.

"Haha," Jeron laughed. "The reason for the confrontation is not important since it was for something stupid; what is important is that what was originally a scuffle quickly turned into a serious fight as multiple Dragons and Cthulhu died.

After learning of these events, both Lord White and Cthu rushed to the scene of the fight, where they found many of their descendants dead.

While Lord White kept a calm head and tried to handle things diplomatically, Cthu became enraged with grief at what it called the needless slaughter of its children.

A fight broke out between the two, causing the remaining Dragons and Cthu, who had previously been fighting, to flee for their lives.

Lord White attempted to calm Cthu and was purely on the defensive through the entire fight, knowing that a confrontation between the two would bring nothing but destruction to the universe.

He was right; their confrontation lasted for many months and caused the destruction of dozens of galaxies and trillions of worlds."

"Why didn't Lord White just flee if he didn't want to fight?" Once a student asked.
