"If I didn't have the flame god slayer magic, this weather would've been a bit of a problem." Shun talked to himself as this whole place was covered in heavy snow.
It was a nighttime but the heavy snow and the moon light didn't make it hard to see ahead.

His hands turned into blades that resembled tentacles.
To the mother and children even this violent monster's surprise every single one of the tentacles attacks connected cleanly but there wasn't the usual result. Instead there was a heavy sound of metals as if Shun's skin was made of a metal.

The monsters' attack stopped after his hundredth try.
"Ah! You're cosplaying Michael Jackson?" Finally Shun opened his mouth

'So am I in early 2000s of the modern world? But then what is this monster.' Shun finally paid attention to the guy that was attacking him.

The monster didn't reply, instead it seemed to feel fear.
"Hey, are you familiar with that name Michael Jackson?" When Shun asked for the second time, to Shun's shock the monsters body exploded into million pieces.

Kie Kamado is a slender woman with pale skin, dark purple eyes, and short black hair tied back in a messy bun. She wore a white headscarf over her hair and is typically seen in a checkered, light blue and cream-colored kimono covered by a white apron.
The mother named Kie said softly but her legs were wobbling back and forth then she finally fell… into Shun's arms

'Is she seducing me?' Shun thought but then shook his head, her expression was blushing but she was in deep state of fear.
"Can we go inside? It's cold outside."

She made a sweet sound, her kids were caught off guard as Shun and their mother entered the house.
The front door and most of the house were broken into rubbles.
"This is the only room we can use to hide from the cold." Shun said as he placed the mother.
'It seems to be the children's bedroom.' Shun noted as he saw the continuous futon and blankets on the ground.
The children soon followed.
Seeing their mom lying down, they asked worriedly.
"Mom! Are you okay?" The eldest daughter asked in a worry, she stole a glance at Shun. Though they got saved earlier she was still wary of this stranger.
Ignoring her Shun asked the mother.
"By the way, what was that guy earlier? Are beasts like him common around here?"

"I-I don't know but I don't think it's common."
"I see."
"What was Shun-san doing here?"
"I was travelling but I got lost in the forest."
Shun wasn't lying.
"What happened to the children's father?" This time Shun asked
"He died a year ago due to illness…"
"I'm very Sorry about that." Shun said but inwardly he thought…

"It's fine, please wait here. Though it's not much I'll prepare dinner." Kie said and walked out the room.
Shun was left alone with five children who looked curiously.

"What's your names?" Shun broke the silence.
The eldest daughter who seemed to be around the age of fifteen answered.
"My name is Kamado Nezuko. Thank you very much for saving us earlier." She seemed to be very polite and responsible girl
"I'm Takeo."
"I'm Hanako."
"I'm Shigeru."
"Rokuta."
The children introduced themselves in order but… Shun's mind was in different place.
'Nezuko?!' Only now Shun realized where he was…
Under the gaze of the children, Shun covered his face with his arms. A perfect facepalm.

Kie noticed Shun's mood down, thought he must be tired. So she tucked the other children in the bed too.

Beforelong everyone were tucked in the continous four futons next to each other.
Shun and Kie ended up in the middle of them. Their futon had a small gap between them.

'What the hell am I doing here?' Shun thought as he remembered eating hard and sour fruits and sleeping in a broken house with random family he just met.

Shun couldn't sleep, so he just stared at the ceiling, counting to help himself sleep.

However only after five second Kie's face turned red as she avoided his stare.
Though it wasn't her intention, her actions only worked to tickle Shun's emotions.
Because the room was small, the two of their futons were only a step away from each other.

To Kie's surprise, Shun boldly pulled her futon to his and linked them.

Then… he slowly leaned his face into her, just when their lips were about to touch Kie turned her face and avoided him.
"Shun-san, it's too sudden." Kie whispered softly so as not to wake her children.
"Wasn't it you who invited me?" Shun replied with a smile, that perfectly fit his evil intentions

Shun complained silently as he undressed Kie.
Shun and Kie both tried not to make a noise.
Kie didn't doubt Shun's lie earlier but she wouldn't do it with anyone in normal circumstances. Unless someone saved her and her children's lives, and she had no other way to repay him.

Hearing his scream the kids woke up while Kie waved her hands to Tanjiro. Her oldest son.
Seeing her mom fine and her expression, Tanjiro calmed down visibly.
"What happened here? Did a black bear attack? Who is this man?" Tanjiro was nervous for obvious reasons. He left his house for only a day and it was destroyed. What would've happened if he didn't come back for two days?
"Calm down, Tanjiro. Everyone's fine… thanks to this gentle… man."

Shun felt a bit awkward by her pausing on the word 'gentle' but decided to turn a blind eye.
Kie explained everything that happened while he was gone.
Tanjiro's face turned pale…
"That means… Saburo grandpa's story isn't a made up story?" He muttered something inaudible for Kie and Shun
"Ah! T-Thank you very much for saving my family!" Tanjiro suddenly shouted and kneeled on the ground with his forehead touching the ground.
"Oh, don't worry about it. I already got the payment." Shun smiled as he showed his generosity
"Payment?" Tanjiro asked while Kie's cheeks blushed a bit
"Yes. I had a warm bed and fresh fruits."
"Eh?" Tanjiro's sense of smell was unique, he could sense emotions. So he could tell that at this moment Shun was being hundred percent honest.
"Y-You're very kind person!" Tanjiro thanked Shun as he shook his hand a bit too excitedly

The siblings had another dramatic reunion.

"With this money, you should be able to return to your family."
'Are they misunderstanding something?' Shun thought but found it annoying to explain.
'Idiots like Natsu and Luffy would probably refuse the money, saying they should use it to help themselves. Considering their big family and 80% destroyed house. But, I'm not one of them.'
"Thanks." Shun accepted the money, Tanjiro and his family didn't have any objection. As they were a bit too kind, like the fool.

"Demon?" The family were starting to understand what that weird man from yesterday was.
"I'm Shun. There was a weird guy that attacked us yesterday." The talkative tanjiro let Shun take the lead to speak with the stranger.
"I see. What are his features?"
"He resembled Michael Jackson."

"I don't know who that is."
"I don't know other ways to explain."

The group fell silent by this weird conversation, as both parties had no expressions at all. Feeling awkward, Kie raised her hands.

Just like that, the group left the tavern with a suitcase full of cash.
They walked nervously behind Shun.
"Tanjiro, carry it."

"But to think this small cavern has this much money… gambling is always a place where money gathers huh…" Shun muttered as he walked while holding rokuta and kie's hand. As always rokuta was a disguise for his real target.

Tanjiro now seemed nervous to even talk to Shun.

"All right, let's eat something first. You guys choose two candies each." Shun said as they were passing by street vendors

"You guys think I can't afford some candies?" Shun pretended to be offended, which successfully resulted in them joining the others too.
Kie and Shun were left alone while the kids toured nearby.
Shun hugged Kie as soon as they were left alone, just when he was about to level up the game. He remembered… someone was still following them.
"…Why are you still following us?" Shun couldn't ignore this weird guy anymore
However to Shun and Kie's surprise, the weird man named Giyu didn't answer instead he pulled out a sword and disappeared in a blink of an eye of Kie.
Next second, when She turned her eyes to Shun.
Shun was grabbing the sword between his fingers.

Giyu had no intention to hurt them but stopping his sword surprised him.
"What do you think you're doing?" Shun didn't take it seriously
"…Do you want to become demon slayer?" Giyu spoke in a quiet voice

"You have the talent, I'll stay in the village for a week. If you want to become one, come meet me at the village gate." Giyu said and walked off

As soon as they became alone, Shun hugged her from the back.
"Ah…" Kie made a small noise but didn't offer any resistance
Right when the two were about to meet with their lips…
"Shun-san, I made sure we spent only fifty yen each." Tanjiro arrived feeling like he would get praised but.
"Oh, okay." Shun just nodded with neutral expression.
'I'm not that desperate to get mad over small intruding.'
"Since the annoying guy left, let's eat somewhere."
Thus began another journey on foot.
'Since they're malnourished… they should eat some meat.'
With that thought the group entered a bbq restaurant. Shun's height and white hair gathered attention but nothing out of ordinary happened as they got seated.
"Sir, are you familiar with our store's menu?" A waiter arrived and treated the group with utmost respect. Because Shun gave off an aura of a fleet admiral and a guild master.
"No. Bring us lot of meats And sides enough for all of us. No pork." Shun gave the order on the behalf of them, because they would probably feel bad and order small.
"Yes, please wait a moment." The waiter went on his way
"You don't eat pork meat?" Kie was taking notes just in case
"Yes. Pigs are filthy animals. One time I witnessed a pig farm, I was never the same after." Shun started with furrowed brows as if stating a painful past
"I see."
Soon the food arrived, Shun took the lead in frying and distributing meats evenly.
"It's so good!" The kids were getting emotional as they wiped their tears as they ate meat.
'I knew it, from this reaction… if I cooked for them myself the shock would be too much.'
"You guys can eat as much as you want, just like you saw the money I'm using to treat you guys wasn't made from hard work anyway."

"Shun-san, what about your family? Did you talk to them, they must be worried." Tanjiro asked to which Kie paid close attention
"Yeah they're fine. Me leaving suddenly is a common occurrence."

After some small talk, Shun fell into his thoughts while the family ate modestly.
'The earliest event will be in a month, The S-Class exam. Acnologia and Zeref will come.' Shun was excited like the time with Shiki.

"Do you agree to become a demon slayer?" He asked without waiting
"No. But my son will become one. Take him with you and let him fight demons."

After hearing his new mission, Hawk met Giyu's eyes.

'Two silent guys going together… if Nezuko don't go with them. Just imagining them together… It'd be hilarious.'
Since they both didn't speak Shun spoke again.
"Don't worry about his strength, he is hundreds times stronger than you."

"…Let's spar." Giyu spoke curtly to which Hawk nodded.
The two left the room, their entire conversation had only two words in it.
Shun didn't bother watching, after three minutes Giyu returned with dirty clothes and a broken sword.

"Giyu-san, are you okay?" Tanjiro asked worriedly
Giyu nodded weakly.
"Take him and Nezuko with you and kill the demons." Shun said to giyu
"Eh? Nezuko?" Tanjiro questioned for obvious reasons
"Yes, I want to ask her to help Hawk. For reasons unknown this family is targeted by the demons. if we don't deal with them. I can't leave the house without worrying."

Without waiting for his agreement, Shun turned to hawk.
"Make sure to protect her, the demons aren't that strong. The swordsmen use some weird breathings methods and unique sword techniques, learn whatever you want."
Hawk nodded, it was just another job for him.
"Teach him the important things, don't separate the two of them."
Giyu nodded, he was a pillar of demon slayers. But he was defeated, if this little monster could help them kill demons. He would even become their personal servant.
Hawk and Giyu waited outside, while Nezuko was bidding farewell to her family.
"…Is that a wing?"
"Yes."
"Are they real?"

Hawk replied in Shun's prepared script.

Shun went behind a corner and did a little sorcery.
After a minute, Shun waved to Hawk.

"Sorry to make you wait." Beforelong, Nezuko came out with red eyes.

"Okay." Kie nodded while Tanjiro entertained his siblings with red eyes.

The group got to Yoshiwara, which was a district of the edo city.
Shun's group first found a hotel.
"I'm going to gamble. You want to come along?" Shun asked kie like a total scum of a husband

Kie checked her left and right then gave a quick peck on Shun's lips.
