Amber looked at Wu Chang who appeared in front of her, the shock in her eyes faded, replaced by a mix of puzzled confusion.
She seemed to recognize the man in front of her, but she seemed to have forgotten.
Wu Chang jumped down from the altar and said, "Do you remember our agreement? You only need to focus on being yourself; leave the rest to me."
Upon hearing Wu Chang's words, the confusion in Amber's eyes dissipated, and she recalled the man standing before her.
Even back on the day she least wanted to remember, when the statue fell towards her again, she faced it without fear on her face. Yet now, her nose felt a bit sore.
"Sean, you're late again."
Wu Chang shrugged, "Sorry, it took me a bit of time to get in, but I'm glad I made it."
