Chapter 60 - Chapter 60

Have you ever heard of a tension so thick you could cut through it? In this situation, one can literally slice through it like butter. Sitting next to me is the Emperor of Mankind, the single strongest Human Psyker in the galaxy and ruler of its largest empire.

In front of us stands Isha, and behind her, the Eldari race. They are one of the oldest civilizations in the galaxy and its former masters. Every single one of them is a devastating psyker; now that they are free from the clutches of Slaanesh, they can wield their psychic power to its fullest potential.

It is a miracle the planet doesn't explode from the sheer magnitude of power they are releasing just to show off.

I let them be and instead focus on the notifications flickering in the corner of my vision.

Congratulations! You managed to reduce Nurgle to a Lesser God! You receive 1 Divine Ticket

Congratulations! You managed to strike True Fear into all four (now three) Chaos Gods! You receive 1 Mythical Ticket!

Congratulations! You have freed humanity from the clutch of Nurgle! You receive 1 Mythical Ticket!

Congratulations! You have freed the Eldari from the clutches of Slaanesh! You receive 1 Mythical Ticket!

I decide to use a Mythical Ticket first. I glance at the two leaders; they are still posturing for one another. I give the mental command to roll the ticket. I hum a little tune until the gacha stops.

[Black Barrel]

Mythical Item

Fate - A gun that imposes the concept of limited life on any entity it hits, even absolute immortals will be rendered mortal by this weapon.

What is with all these anti-immortal rewards? ROB, do you want me to kill the Chaos Gods? Well, as long as you keep giving me these kinds of toys, I don't mind. Next roll, please.

[Divine Teaching]

Mythical Skill

Your ability to impart your skills and knowledge to others is on a divine level. You could train the average farmboy into a demigod with enough effort. There is no one you cannot teach.

I hold back a grunt as a massive torrent of knowledge floods my brain. After a few seconds, the sensation fades. This skill isn't just good; it's excellent. With this, I can teach others how to build and innovate, ensuring humanity continues to prosper even if I'm not around. I could simply bestow abilities, but this allows me to impart knowledge from the ground up, ensuring it survives for generations rather than fading with a single recipient.

Alright. The last Mythical Ticket. Let's do this.

[Prime Soul]

Mythical Trait

Ultrakill - Your soul has ascended to the level of a Prime Soul, a soul that has grown so powerful that it does not need a body to keep existing. Your soul affinity is massively enhanced, and you possess massive resistance towards all soul, mind, and "existence" targeting abilities. In addition, if you die, you will be able to shed your Husk and continue existing in Prime Soul form.

Ah, damn. I feel the change immediately, and I am not the only one. Every psyker in the vicinity looks at me in shock. I use the power of the Soul Stone to see what they are seeing, but I immediately stop; the view is nothing but blinding, pure light.

The description doesn't lie. My soul reaches an unimaginable level, growing so large and potent that it shines like the sun itself.

I touch the Soul Stone to help suppress the brilliance, dimming it a little. A few seconds later, I take another glance and see that it is no longer blinding. I nod and look at the two leaders nearby.

"Are you two done? We will not get anywhere if none of you start talking."

The Emperor looks at me for a moment and nods before turning his attention back to Isha, who is watching me with an unreadable smile.

"My old friend is right. Let's talk about the future of our two races. Let us create an alliance to defeat the remaining Three and create a better future for our two races."

"Of course. With the dethroning of Nurgh-leth and the cowering of the Three, our two races can reclaim the galaxy from the hands of the parasites who dwell in the Sha'iel, the Sea of Souls. With the Tablet of Destiny broken, they no longer know their path. They are now merely pawns on a board of their own making. We all stand on equal footing now, and it terrifies them. One has already lost his throne, and now the others face the same fate."

Good. It looks like the negotiations are underway, leaving me alone with my gacha. Let's continue. This time, it's the Divine Ticket. Please, give me something great.

[Stinger]

Divine Ability

Imbue any attack with absolute inviolability, no matter what; this projectile cannot be stopped, even by dimensional boundaries or reality-warping.

Ah… this is a dangerous thing for me to have. The Black Barrel's greatest weakness is that it can be blocked by a sufficiently sturdy physical structure. Its main power is its lethality against immortal beings. As long as it touches a Chaos God, it does devastating damage, but if they wear armor capable of absorbing the impact, they might survive.

By imbuing the [Authority of Death] into the Black Barrel and then enchanting it with this new ability, I can ignore armor entirely and strike the true essence of the Chaos Gods and grant them True Death.

Lastly, I could theoretically create more Black Barrels by turning it into an STC. However, I don't know if we can recreate it; the Black Barrel isn't made from mundane materials and requires someone who can use magic, as it is inherently magical.

That means I probably can't turn it into an STC. How in the hell would we even source True Ether? My Type-Moon lore isn't deep enough to know the exact composition, and even if I did, I doubt we could synthesize it here.

Also, once I take this weapon out of the gacha inventory, I can't put it back. It is far too large and heavy for my [Inventory] ability to hold. That means we'll need to protect the weapon the moment it is fired, because the remaining Chaos Gods will definitely try to destroy it.

"And that is why we need the help of the Savior. He is the only person who can impose the concept of death upon the remaining three. Once we close the holes, we can give one last push that shall decide the fate of our races."

"What do you think, Old Friend? Shall we follow their plan?"

I snap out of my thoughts and look at Isha and the Emperor. Luckily, I caught the gist of their conversation. They plan to seal the rifts across the galaxy that allow the Immaterium to bleed into Realspace, leaving only the Eye of Terror as the sole controlled opening. With only one entry and exit, we can perform one last push against Chaos and decide the fate of the Galaxy.

However, to do that, they need my help. Isha believes that by using the Soul Stone, I could close the paths to the Immaterium since it is the Sea of Souls, and the stone governs that domain. Sadly, it isn't that simple. I don't think one stone is enough.

"The Soul Stone isn't enough to close the Warp, or at least the rifts leading to it. It requires another stone as well. We need at least two Infinity Stones."

"Infinity Stones… What are those, my friend? I have never heard of such relics."

"Nor have I. Even my creators never spoke of these stones."

I blink for a second, thinking of a way to explain this. After a few seconds, I say.

"Well… Infinity Stones are stones created by the first light of the universe. The explosion gives birth to the concept of creation, and six of those concepts create stones that govern each one of them. Soul Stone is the stone that governs souls and gives the cycle of Life and Death. The next one is Power Stone. This is the stone that governs power, including energy. This is the stone born first by the first light, and as long as someone holds it, they can harness the Primordial Energy of the universe. It is unending and destructive. The next one is Space Stone. This is the stone that governs space and the reason why there is space to begin with. It allows the holder to go anywhere they want, including the Warp itself or even reaching the True Center of the universe. Time Stone is next, and just like Space Stone, it governs over Time and the reason why time exists in this universe. Reality Stone is the stone that governs reality and the reason why we have Realspace, the Warp, and the other dimension. This is the stone that contains the other stones, so their power does not unmake reality itself. The last one is the Mind Stone. This is the stone that governs the minds of living beings. Without this, there will be no free will, and the reason why Psyker exists as it is the one connecting the Mind and the Soul."

I give them a semi-truthful answer. It's true in the sense that it comes from the Marvel universe, but it's a fabrication I've tailored to fit the Warhammer lore. By the looks on their faces, they know I'm withholding something, but they also recognize the core of what I'm saying is accurate. That's good enough for me.

"Anyway, we need two stones to pull this off. A Space Stone or a Mind Stone would suffice. However, finding another will be nearly impossible. They look and feel like ordinary rocks unless you're standing right over them."

"That means we need a new plan. It is a shame."

"Well, that's not entirely true. I can close the Warp storms, or at least the rifts around the galaxy. The only problem is the scale of the machine required. It's a moon-sized device, after all."

The Emperor watches me with an unreadable expression, while Isha beams with a happy smile. The others nearby look at me as if I've just descended from a higher dimension. I can even see the Tech-Priests standing a few yards away, literally vibrating with excitement at my words.

"What?"
