The sky above Namek shimmered in hues of emerald and blue as Rudra appeared in the middle of a wide, tranquil plain. The planet's twin suns hung low, casting golden light across the endless lakes. A soft breeze brushed his face.
"Huh… finally," Rudra muttered, breathing heavily. "I need to meditate."
He sat cross-legged on the ground, the green grass bending beneath him. His body still ached from the battle with Cell and the Androids, faint scorch marks glimmering against his Chakra Shield's residue. As he closed his eyes, the planet's energy pulsed around him — gentle, pure, ancient.
Slowly, Rudra began his deep meditation. His aura shifted, blending with Namek's natural frequency. The red glow from his Muladhara chakra dimmed, becoming one with the planet's calm rhythm. Inside, his mind echoed with silence — no war, no destruction, just stillness.
Meanwhile, light-years away — back on Earth — Cell's frozen body trembled. The Chakra Chains that had imprisoned his soul began to flicker like weakening lightning bolts.
Crack.
The spiritual bindings snapped apart.
"Huh?" Cell's eyes widened. His body twitched once — then he gasped, regaining full motion. "Heh… so that was it. The brat trapped my soul…"
He gritted his teeth, wings spreading open as he floated upright. The aura of his fury filled the air like acid.
Android 17 and 18 lay unconscious among the ruins of the destroyed city. Cell turned toward them, irritation visible in his tone.
"Wake up… you useless machines."
With a low growl, he raised his hand and released a small surge of bio-energy. A spark hit their bodies — jolting them awake.
Android 18 groaned, sitting up. "Ugh… what happened?"
Android 17 rubbed his head. "That guy… Rudra, he—"
Cell interrupted coldly, "Forget the details. Find him. Find that human and his friends. They can't be far."
The Androids nodded and immediately flew in opposite directions, scanning the devastated region for any trace of energy.
But Cell wasn't done. He turned his gaze to the sky — higher and higher — until his eyes reflected the stars beyond the clouds.
"Rudra…" Cell hissed. "You think you can hide? I'll search every corner of this universe if I must."
With a sharp burst of energy, he shot upward, breaking through the atmosphere in seconds. The sky burned red as he entered space — the black void stretching endlessly around him.
"Good," he said, grinning. "Frieza's cells within me… they can withstand the vacuum of space. I can breathe here."
Now surrounded by silence, Cell expanded his Ki Sense. Ripples of invisible energy spread through the solar system like sonar waves, mapping the presence of life across every planet.
Earth pulsed faintly behind him. Venus — lifeless. Mercury — barren.
Then something faint flickered from Mars. A faint cluster of energy signatures — weak but detectable.
"Found you," Cell smirked, his bio-aura flaring violently. "Let's see who dares exist under my sky."
In an instant, he disappeared — reappearing above the rust-red surface of Mars.
The cold wind of the dead planet swept across his body. Cell hovered above the rocky wasteland, scanning the surface — the faint traces of life he'd sensed moments ago now gone.
"What…? Nothing?"
He focused deeper, searching underground, across craters, through every valley. Still nothing.
His anger began to rise. "You dare waste my time!?"
With a roar, he raised his hands. Energy spheres began forming — glowing bright green. The planet trembled.
"Fine. If nothing lives here…"
He clenched his fists.
"…then nothing will remain here either!"
A massive explosion of energy erupted, engulfing Mars entirely. The planet cracked, split apart, and shattered into a thousand burning fragments. The red dust of Mars scattered across space like ashes from a dying flame.
And yet, even that wasn't enough to calm Cell's rage. His tail whipped behind him as he turned toward the nearby Mars moon — a pale, lifeless satellite.
"Tch. Let's see you survive this."
He unleashed another blast. The moon exploded, disintegrating into dust that vanished into the black void.
Far away, in the Sacred World of the Kais, Supreme Kai stood watching the cosmic disturbance through a floating crystal sphere. His usually calm face was tense.
"This… this is not good," he whispered. "That being… Cell… he's not just rampaging. He's searching — for something… or someone."
He looked toward the distant stars, his voice filled with worry.
"Rudra… whatever you're planning, you must act quickly. If Cell's wrath continues unchecked, this entire solar system could be in danger."
The scene shifted back to Namek. Rudra's eyes slowly opened from meditation. His breathing had stabilized, and his aura glowed like molten gold.
He felt it — a faint vibration from the cosmic thread of existence. Mars… was gone.
He frowned, whispering under his breath, "So… Cell's begun his hunt."
He slowly stood up, his shadow stretching long beneath the twin suns. "Then my peace is over. The real war… is about to begin."
