The iron gate at the main entrance was open, and the neon sign of "Happiness Garden" made of artistic characters was still flashing.
This was considered one of the earliest communities in the Inner City and was where Cheng Long and Wang Kang grew up.
After getting out of the car, Cheng Ye's gaze instinctively swept over, and the room on the sixth floor where Cheng Long used to live was lit up, presumably allocated to someone else after he became an Inspector.
He then looked towards the side of the neighborhood, and the place that should have housed the "Happiness Flower Shop" in his memory had now become the "Velvet Handmade Clothing Shop."
The girl who once worked at the flower shop and had a relationship with Cheng Long was long gone.
"Now even the last traceable memories are gone."
Cheng Ye sighed softly.
Even though it was a place where Cheng Long lived for over a decade, he felt no familiarity when he came back, as if he had never set foot here before.
